Dealing with this clinic was a great experience from start to finish. I am an honest person so I was looking forward to not only seeing the results but also following my progress. From the very beginning Ms. Bella communicated with me and encouraged me to get the transplant. I was unsure and had spoken to many clinics in Turkey and even London with much better offers, but Ms. Bella my consultant spoke to me honestly and reassured me. All her support gave me back the confidence to get the surgery. With her support I got the best ticket at the best time I wanted. All the arrangements from Istanbul airport to the hotel and clinic were hassle free without wasting my time. It was a 5 star hotel with very good staff who understood my issues after the surgery to support me to make me feel at home. And the surgeon and his team are all very professional in doing my transplant. Now after more than 2 weeks they are still supporting me and whenever I needed help. I first thank Ms. Bella who is now my dearest friend and then I go to Dr. Oğuzhan Yayman and his great team. As after 2 weeks. I could see the results on my hair clearly. I am not telling you that will not feel any pain, that is not true, but it is worth seeing the results. The medical kit which they give you free is very helpful too. Thank you ARAK CLİNİC for the management you did in the best way.

I am very happy with experience with Arac clinic. Everything is sort out for, and you don't have to worry about anything else. And doctors are so gentle and nice that I am not worried to back in few months back there

From the driver who picked me up at the airport and handled all my transportation to the entire clinic staff, everyone was wonderful. They made me feel welcome and comfortable, which was especially reassuring as an international patient. Very Horrible experience, I got my hair transplant done and was disgusted by the treatment as they are liers and very unprofessional, I seriously regret my decision to have met them. After surgery I was left with almost no difference except pain. The lady named Salma calling herself General manager is a scammer as she didnt take my calls and put me in a lodge and was texting me it is a 4 star hotel, zero communication after taking the money n zero satisfaction. I seriously would advise anyone wanting to get treatment from Arak clinic after looking at their low cost DHI offer please spend a bit more and get it done from reputable hospitals and dont fall for their promises as you will spoil your donor area and no satisfaction. They even offered me free retreatment after 6 months when I raised a grievance, trust me I wouldnt go to them even if its free. Stay away ! Very unprofessional . Waste of time n money , you will be angry at yourself for making this decision . In a new country you are helpless with no proper communication from the host. I regret my decision n dont want you to regret. Just a piece of advice.

First of all I want to say thank you so much to Baha, Salma, dentist and the staff. You guys are just amazing. You made it happened to me and I am scared of dentist but you guys so good and I didnt feel any pain at all. So proffesional and so good. I cant thank you all enough for helping me and make me look beautiful smile with my teeth. I love them and I cannot wait to see you again soon in few months time and I have family and friends who are coming with me to do there teeth aswell. I am excited to see you guys soon. I highly recommend this dentist Arac Clinic. The best clinic in the whole world. Love you guys so much.

I had an amazing experience at Arak Clinic for my plastic surgery. The staff was incredibly professional and caring, and Dr. ismail barutt made me feel confident and informed throughout the process. Ce sont des menteurs. Ils disent qu'ils ont essayé d'appeler alors que ce n'est pas du tout le cas. J'aurai répondu avec plaisir pour leur faire-part de mon expérience. Ils nous ont jeter de l'hôtel comme des malpropres avec ma mère en nous nous disant des mensonges par mensonges (merci Mme feriel) Je déconseille fortement ! Arnaque Si j'aurai pu mettre 0 étoile , je l'aurai fait.

Clinique a fuir et pas sérieuse du tout. Elle mérite zéro étoile ! Jai été démarchée par Mme Feriel consultante médical qui a réussi à marnaquer de 480. A larrivée au lieu dun devis de 1750, on mannonce un tarif de 5000. Bien sûr je peux comprendre que le devis change un peu mais de là à presque tripler !! Ils nous prennent pour des idiots, ils pensent que le client une fois arrivé ne refusera pas. Or cest ce que jai fait. Quand ils ont compris que je ne paierai pas , la dame à essayer de négocié à 2500 ce que jai quand même accepter . En attendant elle me dit quelle avait prévenu lhôtel que nous ne restions pas parce quelle pensait que nous allons partir et que je devais donc quitter cette hôtel le lendemain . Elle me demande de régler lhotel le transport ( quelle déduirait ensuite sur la facture ), ce que jai fait sur-le-champ. La nuit a 23h , Mme mannonce que cela ne serait pas possible a 2500 mais 3500. Ce que jai refusé bien sûr. Jai souhaiter la rencontrer , mais elle trouve une excuse pour ne pas se voir. Tout cela était un subterfuge pour que je paie les factures et ensuite plus de nouvelles. Elle me laisse comme sa. Heureusement quentre temps jétais en contact avec une autre clinique qui sest occupé de moi de manière professionnelle. Pour information, lautre clinique mavait fait un premier devis à 1500 euros puis au rdv , je nai eu quà rajouter 300. Alors que lautre clinique me réclamait 5000. Attention aux arnaques ! Cette clinique ainsi que Mme fériel ainsi que sa responsable Mme Bounacer sont à éviter de tout prix ! Elles vous racontera ce que vous souhaitez entendre et nhésiterons pas à vous arnaquer. Je déconseille fortement.

Mi sono fatto i denti lì è stata una bella esperienza amo molto l'ospitalità e la gentilezza del personale inoltre ho ammirato il servizio è stato eccellente.
