Myself and husband recently got our teeth done and they are amazing the team and the teeth, we flew to turkey with our two young children and absolutely nothing was a problem the team helped us with childcare in the clinic so we knew our children was safe and well looked after so much so they didn't want to leave, while myself and husband was taken care of so well I'm so so nervous of the dentist but magic smile really do help with all of that nothing is to much for them. They are excellent from the moment we got off the plane they were brilliant transfers hotel appointments every was like clock work. I would highly recommend magic smile excellent team Thabkyou guys we absolutely love our new smiles Jodie and Blake Jinks

Not sure where to start I came out to turkey on the 26th December 2024 feeling nervous about the treatment as I dont like the dentist but once I landed here I was greeted at the airport and taken straight to the hotel where the staff was fantastic the next day I was picked up and taken to the clinic still feeling nervous on the way once I got there the staff where they sat me down in the waiting area I was made to feel welcome and at ease the treatment was then explained to me, through the treatment I felt no pain all numb and now I have my new teeth and I love it even my smile has change like now I smile from ear to ear they are just what I wanted I love them all I can say is thank you very much magic smile what a fantastic clinic and I will recommending you to every body what lovely staff you have all through the clinic 1210 from me

Im so glad I picked magic smile for my teeth, what a journey and Ive felt comfortable on both trips I needed. Staff are brilliant, made me feel at ease. Hotel is lovely, everyones staying for the same thing and good to ask questions. Transfers are spot on every day you travel to the dentist and also airport pick up and drop off. Very professional, 1010 from me highly recommend.

I recently traveled from Cape Town to Turkey and visited Magic Smile, but unfortunately, I wouldnt recommend this clinic. Months after having my crowns 4 have fallen off and needed refitting at various stages and at huge expense. I worry constantly that it will keep happening. The worst decision I made using Magic Smile. My Dentist in South Africa explained why and its all due to poor dentistry. Avoid Magic smile at all costs. I wasn't happy with the process at the clinic and I was right to be worried. Poor hygiene (Dentists stink of cigarette all the time). I totally regret ruining my great teeth for vanity and now suffering the consequences. experience felt very impersonal, almost like being on a conveyer belt. While I had clear expectations discussed prior to my visit, I found that the team tried to alter what was agreed upon, and I had to insist on the treatment I wanted. The hotel provided was quite basic, and its lack of improvement suggests little motivation to enhance the guest experience. For example, the same dead flowers on the breakfast table remained for the duration of my 7-day stay. The food was repetitive and lacked variety, and overall, the hotel seemed worn out. The temporary teeth provided were uncomfortable, and I had to spend much of the weekend in my room. The clinic environment also felt uncomfortable, with a somewhat pressured atmosphere. On a personal note, the dentists heavy smell of cigarettes while treating me was off-putting in a healthcare setting. , I believe there are better clinics that offer a higher standard of service, comfort, and professionalism.

Very friendly, professional, attentive staff across all of my interactions. Very pleased that I chose them for my treatment. Would definitely recommend and actually already have.

Had 5 year warranty. Came back to fix a small issue with my crown and everyone was top professional . Starting with the director (Mr Mehmet) and finishing with Dr Goknur ( absolutely one of the best dentists Ive ever met).Everyone is so dedicated to their job . 5! I will certainly continue to recommend this clinic to all my friends and family . A huge Teşekkür ederim to MagicSmile
