Ich möchte mich bei Omer Istanbul Dental Center Türkei bedanken und erzähle euch heute meine Geschichte. Warum ich mich für neue Zahne entschieden habe. Ich habe 4 Kinder auf die Welt gebracht und jedes Kind hat mich eine Zahn gekostet so das ich bei jedem Schwangerschaft ein Zahn gezogen bekommen habe. Habe dann vier Brücken in Mund gehabt, nach 12 Jahren wurden alle Zähne die unter der Brücken waren sind leider gezogen worden. Und habe mich für Omer Dental entschieden Der Artz, war sehr emphatisch und rücksichtsvoll. Man merkt, er weiß genau was er tut. Großes Kompliment an die liebe Sema Sie war meine persönliche Ansprechpartnerin. Sie ist sehr herzlich und freundlich man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben bei Ihr. Wir wurden in einem schönen 4 Sterne Hotel untergebracht, inkl. tollem Frühstück. Der Transfer lief auch reibungslos . Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Ergebnisse und herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team. Ich empfehle euch von Herzen diese tolle Klinik

Ich möchte hiermit die Klinik ömer Istanbul wärmstens empfehlen. Ich habe die Klinik für meinen Mann im Internet entdeckt und bin mit Kann sofort in Kontakt gekommen. Kaan hat uns sofort ein Therapie und Kostenplan in Absprache mit Dr. Ömer geschickt. Er stand uns seit Tag 1 zur Verfügung und konnte alle offenen Fragen beantworten. Als wir dann in Istanbul ankamen, verliefen vom Transfer bis hin die Behandlungen reibungslos. Mein Mann hat nun ein weißes wunderschönes, breites Lächeln. In der Klinik wird sehr viel acht auf Qualität und Zufriedenheit der Patienten gegeben . Das gesamte Team der Ömer Klinik ist top und super freundlich! Wir werden die Klinik aufjedenfall auch Freunden weiter empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles! Auch ein Riesen Dankeschön an Gökhan, der Zahnarzt der die Untersuchung seit Tag eins vollbracht hat.

Burada yaprak dis yaptırdım ve cok memnun kaldım. Ozellikle hatice hanıma cok teşekkür ederim desteklerinden dolayi. Klinik cok temiz ve arkadaşlar cok sıcakkanlı. Dis yaptırmak isteyen herkese tavsiye ederim.

O experiență plăcută , doctori foarte buni cu rezultate impecabile !Foarte gentili Recomand cu încredere clinica Omer (Optati pentru clinica numarul 5 este un doctor foarte bun foarte atent la detali DR Gökhan) Pentru cei care aveti probleme cu dinti si vreti sa va arate perfect recomand sa veniti aici,eu am ales o culoare numarul 3 din paleta de culori sunt ok de albi va recomand si voua acelasi lucru! Experiența frumoasa de la inceput la sfarsit,un scurt rezumat, va asigura hotel,transport aeroport si experiența frumoasa,dureaza undeva la 2 sedinte daca aveti implanturi de facut eu am avut 4,m am intors dupa 7 luni inapoi iar dupa a mai durat inca 5 zile pentru coronite sa fie gata,puteti vizita orasul intre timp este extraordiar! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Khalid was a dream to work withhe made the whole process seamless from overseas, providing constant communication and guidance. His support and responsiveness took away all my concerns and made the journey so much easier. Mücahit was amazing once I arrived at the clinic. He made me feel completely comfortable and at ease right from the start. His communication was spot on, and I could tell he genuinely cared about my experience. Dr. Özlem was beyond words. She is an absolute expert in her field and, more importantly, a kind, gentle soul. She truly listened to everything I said, took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and delivered the most beautiful smile I could have dreamed of with my veneers. I am beyond thrilled with the results! The dental assistant was also wonderfulshe was so kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I found Ömer Istanbul online and was quickly and kindly assisted by Mr. Necmettin. He guided me professionally, and clear agreements were made the teeth whitening treatment would take one day, and the costs were discussed in advance. During my appointment, I was assisted on-site by Mr. Kemal, who did his job adequately and was very friendly. Before the appointment, I mentioned that I had a broken front tooth that was repaired five years ago. Mr. Necmettin assured me this would not be an issue and that the doctors knew exactly how to handle it. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the filling on my front tooth would need to be replaced because fillings do not whiten like the rest of the teeth. I was asked to pay an additional 200 for the replacement, which had not been communicated beforehand. As this was unexpected and not part of the original agreement, I decided not to proceed with the repair. Following my review, I was contacted by Mr. Necmettin, who explained that there might have been a misunderstanding. He clarified that the dentist would make the final decision regarding the discolored tooth and that he couldnt provide an exact price in advance. Despite this clarification, my rating remains unchanged because, as I previously mentioned, the service itself was carried out professionally. The whitening treatment, which was initially planned for one day, ended up requiring two days. This was disappointing as I had scheduled my time in Istanbul accordingly. The results are visible, with about a 40-50 improvement. However, the changes vary from tooth to tooth and appear somewhat superficial. I rate my experience 3 out of 5 stars. While the team was professional and the treatment was properly carried out, the poor communication regarding costs, scheduling, and expectations left room for improvement. These aspects require significant attention.

Первая консультация и планирования моей поездки на лечение зубов, была очень хорошо спланированна. На все вопросы были даны чёткие и полноценные ответы . Прибытие в Турцию было сплонированно до мелочей , с видео инструкцией в аэропорту для облегчения поиска места сбора для такси . Такси и отель тоже заслуживают хороший отзыв , очень вежливый персонал и готовность помочь по любому вопросу. Клиника находиться в пяти минутах ходьбы от отеля, что сильно облегчало посещение. Рядом с отелем находиться многочисленное количество ресторанов , магазинов и киосков. Но особую благодарность хотелось бы высказать мед. персоналу клиники, в особенности доктору Beril Pak, ассистенту доктора Аише и переводчику Айпери за их быструю и профессиональную работу . Я очень доволен проделанной работай и результатом . В конце хотелось бы поблагодарить всех работников Omer Istanbul Dental Center за их профессионализм и мою новую улыбку !

Ставила в этой клинике импланты и коронки.На связи всегда была Елена, никаких проблем с трансфером и отелем не было.Все вопросы оговаривались и были услышаны.Отдельное спасибо моему врачу Мехмету(Меhmet Karabulut ) который сделал всё,чтобы я улыбалась! Ни одну просьбу не проигнорировал, с большим опытом.Реально старался и уделял много времени ,кропотливо и скрупулёзно .Я ему благодарна.Так же благодарю переводчицу Айпери,которая очень воспитанная , интеллигентная и внимательная, её вежливость была очень кстати, в любое время суток всегда на связи.Так же переводчица Ачелия, очень позитивная девушка, поднимала настроение) В целом персонал идёт навстречу клиентам, стараются.

Ich kann wirklich jedem diese Klinik empfehlen. Ich wurde sehr gut und ganz lieb betreut von Sema. Sie war immer sehr lieb und hat sich wundervoll um alles gekümmert. Bei Fragen war sie immer erreichbar und hat wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Meine Zahnärztin Dr. Seher war jederzeit sehr vorsichtig und so konnte ich die ganze Behandlung schmerzfrei überstehen. Alles ist sehr sauber und super steril. Vor allem neuwertig. Sehr nettes Team allgemein. Ich bin super zufrieden endlich mein neues lächeln begrüßen zu dürfen. Bei mir war es ein längerer Prozess, deshalb um so glücklicher das ich es alles geschafft habe
