I got there for teeth cleaning with dr emrah and his assistant miss eda . The place was so nice and clean ,everyone was helpful and nice.

We arrived at CityDent earlier than the expected appointment 3pm 16012025 we were accommodated by there smiling receptionist, but only to find out with the Guest Relation Officer that our appointment is at 5pm 17012025, me and Kent was just smiling as we forget that is the original appointment we've got from them, the best part is I was sneak in by there Guest relation officer to one of there New Doctor and we were happy about it. Started my consultation around 3pm, Firstly I was hesitant to do the procedure as I am not knowledgeable to them, after all the X-Ray and panoramas, Doctor Sameer my Citydent Doctor asked again for another set of Panorama and guided me back to Xray, I was thinking hmmmm now Im starting to believe in his capabilities as I know my case already he wanted to make sure that he clearly see the picture of my panorama as there are 2 Doctors refused to do my procedure, upon discussion price was revealed to me by his assistant and which is far way of what Is London and the Other Clinic in Turkey is offering me which is unreasonable 10x higher than CityDent price, thats why I directly said I will go to the procedure, Doctor Sameer explained every details and options to my procedure and he will really take time to explain it despite of his busy schedule. I was given the following options to remove it fully but there is possibility that I will have longterm numbness on my cheek, jaw and lip if the nerve will be damaged anatomically but said it is my choice if Im hesitant to do it but he assured me that he will do his best not to touch the nerve and this is the nth times that Ortho Doctors was telling me as 2 of my wisdom teeths are buried in the bone and near to the nerve. 2nd option was he will cut it half and buried the other half by securing to closed it by the tissues of the gums and I said Yes to the 2nd Option as Im thinking that this is the best option and went back to waiting area for they will prepare the table for OR. Last minute decisions made!!! my Angels Momsh Luv-Luv Gania and Mommy Doctora Aerdna Zerep Lacato called and I explained the procedure and Momsh Luv was in contact with Mommy Doctora regarding my case, Mommy Doctora explained everything and check my panorama and said that I Should go for Option 1 and both of them gives me strength not to be afraid regarding option 1 az the pain will just come back if not taken out fully. And I Said to Doctor that I will go for Option 1 and Doctor Sameer reassured me by saying Trust me your in good hand and I will do everything not to touch the nerve. And procedure went on. Procedure started at 3pm and finished at 7pm 16012025 making sure that no roots of tooth left. Happy parts after the anesthesia subside all Turkey Pharmacy was closed (closed at 7pm) the good thing Sheraton Hotel able to guide me where is the location of the Emergency Pharmacy in Turkey . Suffered pain from 7pm till 1am only hehehe but after taking all the meds I was able to tolerate the pain. My Experience at CityDent I initially got in touch with the patient coordinator, Soheila, who was very warm and helpful throughout the entire process, especially since I was traveling alone. She provided me with assistance on every matter. Regarding the pricing, they first prepared an estimated treatment plan, and they didnt request any deposit. During the first consultation, my treatment plan was finalized by the specialist doctors, and we agreed on the details. My implants were placed by Dr. Berkay Sakin, my root canal treatments were handled by Dr. Emirhan Bütün, and my crowns were done by Dr. Betül Arkan. I also had some gum issues, which Dr. Selin Şahinkaya took care of. Although CityDent's prices may be slightly higher compared to other clinics, it is a large clinic with very high-quality and experienced doctors. They have their own laboratory, and all the staff members are friendly and welcoming. Everyone showed great care and attention throughout my treatment process.

Eine Horror-Erfahrung bei CityDent absolut nicht zu empfehlen Am 23. September 2024 war ich bei CityDent in Istanbul, um zwei Implantate setzen zu lassen und zwei Zähne zu ziehen. Trotz des Versprechens, dass ein erfahrener Arzt die Operation durchführen würde, war die gesamte Behandlung chaotisch und schmerzhaft. Nach einer CT-Aufnahme wurde ich in einen winzigen Raum geführt, der kaum Platz bot und unhygienisch wirkte Instrumente lagen teils auf einem Schreibtisch. Die Operation wurde von Dr. Selin Sahinkaya durchgeführt, die erst seit zwei Jahren praktizierte eine Information, die ich erst später erfuhr. Bereits beim ersten Implantat gab es Fehler, und der Chefarzt Dr. Sinan Buday musste es unter grober und unvorsichtiger Behandlung korrigieren. Er arbeitete hektisch, schlug mehrfach mit einem Hammer auf benachbarte Zähne und entschuldigte sich nicht einmal für die Schmerzen, die er verursachte. Nach sieben schmerzhaften Stunden war die Behandlung beendet, doch die Nachwirkungen waren noch schlimmer. Zurück im Hotel lief Blut aus meiner Nase, weil das obere Implantat ein Loch hinterließ, das meine Mundhöhle mit der Kieferhöhle verband. Ich konnte weder essen noch trinken und nicht einmal richtig rasieren. Am nächsten Morgen war die linke Seite meines Gesichts taub, und die rechte Seite, wo das Implantat gesetzt wurde, war blau. Der Praxis-Admin spielte die Probleme herunter und verwies auf Standardhinweise, doch die Beschwerden hörten nicht auf. Vor meinem Rückflug in die Schweiz stellte Dr. Berkay Sakin in der Praxis fest, dass ein Implantat auf der unteren linken Seite zu tief gesetzt war. Ich bat darum, es zu entfernen und die Wunde korrekt zu nähen. Während der Behandlung spielte er laut Musik und arbeitete ebenfalls in einem unhygienischen Raum. Bis heute ist ein Teil meines Gesichts gefühllos. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war ebenfalls unangenehm, da es weder Eis noch geeignete Nahrung wie Suppe gab. Das einzig Positive war die Patient Coordinator, die professionell und vertrauenswürdig wirkte ein Lichtblick in dieser katastrophalen Erfahrung. Fazit CityDent ist chaotisch, unhygienisch und unorganisiert. Ich rate dringend davon ab, diese Praxis zu besuchen. Suchen Sie sich lieber eine professionelle und seriöse Klinik!

Çok ciddi diş tedavisi fobisi olan biriyim. Korku sebebiyle ertelediğim tedavime bugün Berç Bey ile başladım. 3 tane diş çekim operasyonu yaptırdım ve bu benim için Berç Bey olmasaydı, neredeyse imkansızdı. Tedavi planındaki samimi yaklaşımı, çok korkan bir hasta olmama rağmen anlayışlı tavrı ve verdiği büyük güven sayesinde bugünü şükürle atlattım. Citydenti açıldığı ilk yıllardan itibaren bilirim ve ailem ve çevremle her tedavimizde buraya geliriz. Klinik sürekli kendini güncellemekte ve son teknolojileri bizle buluşturmakta. Gayet temiz ve özenli. Fiyatlar bakımından da adaletli bulurum.

For dem, der lider af tandproblemer, er det vigtigt at komme i hænderne på et sted, hvor man kan føle sig tryg, forstået og professionelt behandlet. Efter lang tids research og samtaler med forskellige tandklinikker, fandt jeg frem til City Dent, og jeg er glad for, at mine veje krydsede deres. Allerede fra første øjeblik blev jeg mødt med en varme og professionalisme, som hurtigt overbeviste mig om, at jeg var kommet det rigtige sted hen. Ved min ankomst blev jeg budt velkommen af Makbule, som tager sig af planlægning og tidsbestillinger. Hun var utrolig venlig og grundig og forklarede hele behandlingsprocessen fra start til slut. Hendes nærvær og måde at tage hånd om mine spørgsmål på gjorde en stor forskel. Jeg blev derefter introduceret til min tandlæge, Dr. Sinan, som fra første møde udstrålede en høj grad af faglighed. Efter en detaljeret undersøgelse præsenterede han tre forskellige behandlingsmuligheder, som alle blev forklaret grundigt og klart. Det gav mig tryghed i at træffe en beslutning om min behandling. Selvom jeg kun er i begyndelsen af mit behandlingsforløb, er jeg allerede dybt imponeret over hele teamet på City Dent. De arbejder effektivt og professionelt, men samtidig med en venlighed, der gør oplevelsen langt mindre skræmmende. Særligt for mig, der kan være en udfordrende patient, når smerterne melder sig, har deres omsorg og tålmodighed gjort et stort indtryk. Efter jeg var rejst hjem, opstod der et par spørgsmål, som jeg ønskede svar på. Jeg kontaktede klinikken og talte med Dr. Berç, som tog sig tid til at besvare mine spørgsmål på en meget professionel og omsorgsfuld måde. Hans indsats bekræftede endnu en gang, at jeg havde valgt den rette klinik. Jeg vil gerne takke hele teamet Dr. Sinan, Dr. Berç, Dr. Nevra og Dr. Selin, samt Makbule for deres fantastiske arbejde. Jeg glæder mig allerede til næste fase af min behandling og er spændt på at se det endelige resultat. Jeg planlægger at dele en opfølgning her, når min behandling er afsluttet om 2-3 måneder.
