When it starts to fall apart, they experience the after-sales care when they already paid, not before or during. A kind receptionist, Orange juice, good smile photos AREN'T, and good views that are requested by the clinic aren't real reviews or indications of the success of a long-term medical treatment. This is not a dental clinic focused on your health and quality. This is a smile studio, as it is written in their name. They are focused primarily on your money and the largest number of clients. Ask them for a contract and read what guarantees they will give you. Ask them about the qualifications of the doctor who will do your teeth and you will understand everything yourself. I hope. The clinic is aggressively advertising. Therefore, carefully read the negative reviews before you trust your health and money to strangers in a distant country.

Vor kurzem Dezember 2024 habe ich mit der Behandlung im Dentafly Zahn- und Mundgesundheitszentrum begonnen. Mit den Empfangsmitarbeitern, die Ärztin und allen anderen habe ich mich wie in einer Familie gefühlt. Bei jedem Besuch hatte ich das Gefühl, kein Patient, sondern ein Familienmitglied zu sein. Die Ärzte.Und mein Ärztin Frau Birhan so ein guter Ärztin und Zahn Arzthelferin Frau Yasemin war ich begeistert Assistenten und der gesamte Service sind wirklich großartig. Dentafly is one of my best experience in my life. My first visit was in 2021. I had all my treatments at Dentafly including the 12 implants. I have been recently for a check up, all ok. All treatments were done with patience, I had no pain and all my expectations were met thank to their high standard equipment and an excellent team. Thank you Dentafly Team Soner who always makes sure everything is perfectly organised, Dr. Hediye and Nurse Mellissa, Ahsen, Ismmis, Erdi, Ilayde and Matteo, Ali, Sude and Fatima, Technician team and at least but not the last Yağmur.

I did the procedure with them, to renew my smile, one of the implants got a child-sized tooth, after 2 hours of discussion they agreed to redo the tooth. then the next day it was broken, they blocked me from all social media so i couldn't make any kind of public complaints. if you value money and quality this is the wrong place they are not honest once they block and delete all negative comments from the page on instagram. but to make it clear I will comment as many times as necessary. run away from this clinic, they give you a guarantee that is false since it didn't work for me. i put veeners emax and it broke a day later, they are completely unfit for the service they provide, and completely unprofessional for the fact that they block me and delete comments. Edit 3092024 over year after procedure. One of the veneers is dark, another one has fallen off and they even shave one of my natural teeth that dont receive veneers! The 10 year guarantee doesn't work since they have blocked me on all social media. I went to another clinic today, and found out that they filed my teeth to a severely invasive level, which was my main demand, and they assured me that it would not be invasive. Bc my friend paid 2000 but they say that if I want something less invasive I have to pay 6800 euros which would be something different from my friend. But in the end they did the same job paying more for it.

I now wish I went with dentafly the first time as when I got to dentafly to have my bridge repaired they did a scan and assessed me and found out that I was miss sold my original teeth from dental global. I thought I paid for emax zirconium but what I got was porcelain and also I was overcharged by dental global. Needless to say I was devastated. But dentafly came to my rescue these guys are amazing they proved me without a shadow of a doubt that I was conned by the previous company I had all the paperwork from the previous company which they studied and then they studied my teeth which they found out were basically the cheap version and I was charged for the top of the range crowns. This is why I was having issues with breakages bad breath and gaps. Dentafly sorted out a plan and had all my mouth refitted with top of the range zirconium crowns and other treatments for less than what dental global originally charged me and did it all within three days as I was only there to have a brigid replaced originally. After having an emotional roller coaster of a week dentafly looked after me so well and now I can see and feel the difference of what they have done for me just in the quality of the crowns alone they feel sharper smoother more secure no gaps whatsoever just totally amazing. the staff are just outstanding always asking how am I doing keeping me informed of transfers and what's happening each day etc so I knew exactly what was happening with no shocks or worries. Dr Murat who sorted out and did my treatment was so attentive to detail it blew me away he had adjusted my bite he centered my top teeth which I was told could not be done before and he did it I have no gaps they fit perfect this doctor is just amazing I would recommend him to anybody. I hope after you reading this you call dentafly and book your treatment its just amazing I cannot say enough praise for this company from start to finish I felt safe I felt secure they put all my worries aside and looked after me thank you, thank you, thank you dentafly You have been amazing thank you to Andrew my patient liaison from making the phone call on the Sunday I was booked in and flying out in 6 days !! Please dont go there, they give you a price with the intermediary guys then they ask you for a much bigger amount to pay, the guy who says that is the doctor basically all he is doing is to make you pay for lyes that is not what you will get, the guys who do the implants have no idea of what has to be done , once you tell them that they become extremely irascible and they try to bully you, please trust me they are crocks, I have done my implants to them, they said I will get the best on the market, I had to stay on antibiotics 3 months, then I had to go to another dentist to see what is the problem, they said that nothing was done properly, and I didnt have zirconium everything is fake, please dont go there Toți români care vor să meargă la aceasta clinica va rog din suflet nu mergeți, sant de nedescris , am avut 3 luni infecție non stop plus ca va ia banii înainte și după va tratează foarte rău credeți-mă va rog , sant ieftini doar până ajungeți acolo după va tracasează cel puțin 40 peste ce va ți înțeles cu intermediari , plus ca dacă luați pe cineva cu dumneavoastră o să zică cai face gratuit consultația și dacă nu santeti de-acord să faceți va pune să plătiți hotelu la însoțitor , va rog să mă credeți care vreți mă puteți suna și va dau toate detaliile și poze și video-uri , până și persoana care va duce cu mașina va cere bani cu japca e nebunie completă , as dezamăgit nu am fost in viața mea, i

Awful owner, took my money and never completed the work.....I now have to find money to go to a different clinic to complete. No hope of them resolving and no hope of them responding unless you are a new customervictim of this scam
