Ive been attending 1Smile Dental Clinic for a few years now and I am delighted with all of my treatments. From braces to composite bonding, whitening, fillings or the hygienist, Ryan and the whole team are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Appointments are almost always on time with plenty of availability and it is never an issue changing datestimes. Ryan is always clear in his communication and takes time to talk through treatment plans, etc. He is very professional and the quality and attention to detail he puts in is outstanding, truly making sure you are happy with the final results. My husband also attends and we are both delighted with the impeccable service and confident with our new smiles and continued care of our teeth. Highly recommend, thanks!

Great experience, nice practice, with very friendly staff! I always have a chuckle with Dr Dean and nurse Natasha, very funny and down to earth. The whole staff are always friendly and nice. Dr Dean has done a few bits of dental work over the past few years and everything was done to a high standard. Quite recently, I had a dental implant put in and all went well, Im very happy with the results. Thanks again 1smile, another great job!

dental practice is up to outstanding standards, the minute I walked in the door I felt so welcome by Kirsten at reception and she made me feel completely at ease. I had an appointment with Dr Ryan Shum and nurse Natasha. Both nurse and dentist seem to have a passion for their jobs and have exceptional listening skills. They took all my concerns and goals into consideration when coming up with a treatment plan. Definitely wont be going elsewhere after visiting one smile. Highly recommend

I had such a great experience at 1Smile dental clinic! The clinic itself is so lovely and the girls at reception were extremely helpful and very welcoming. My treatment with Ryan was perfect. Ryan is really professional and talked me through all of my options and the best way to achieve the results I was looking for. Over the course of a year or so I have had various treatments at 1Smile, culminating in an implant. All the staff are friendly and a special thanks to Natasha and Dean for making the experience as enjoyable, informative and as painless as was possible. No hesitation in recommending.

Went into One Smile recently, service was outstanding from the reception to the dental chair. Dental Nurse Natasha was friendly and knowledgeable and Dr Dean was very kind and down to earth. All members of staff seem to have a shared passion for their jobs. Couldn't recommend more.

1Smile has been as steady as could be, over the last 10 years, incl. through the pandemic, and the gradual collapse of the state-sponsored health care system in the United Kingdom. They have been prompt and clear in their communication, caring about the satisfaction of their clients outstanding manners in explaining their procedures, advice, and keeping all their appointments - or notifying as soon as they could if one of them was cancelled. I would recommend anyone to work with them - your dental health will thank you for it!

Recently had some facial aesthetics done with Dr. Ryan. The team was great and felt very warm and welcoming, and Ryan put me at ease. The receptionist was also very helpful in walking me through the steps from booking to settling up. Highly recommend!

My experience with 1Smile has always been stellar. Dr. Dean Shum is incredibly patient and always happy to answer all my questions, no matter how many I have. A dentist visit can be anxiety inducing but the friendly staff and their commitment to pain management makes each appointments comfortable and stress free.

Worst experience I could ever have. I have been booked in for an appointment AS AN NHS PATIENT however after one month of suffering from toothache, when arriving at my appointment, I am suddenly a PRIVATE PATIENT. It is important to mention that have been signed up as an NHS PATIENT in this exact clinic since 4 years ago. However today I was very surprised by the rude behaviour of the staff saying that I have never been signed up as an NHS patient before and there is no records of me on their system!!
