My appointment at 3StepSmiles Dental Practice was a pleasant and efficient experence. I had miminal waiting time. Staff were friendly and helpful. My treatment plan was explained clearly in a way that I could understand and make an informed decision as to the next step of treatment.

Absolutely fabulous place 2 of my crowns had fell out I had my teeth done in Turkey 5 years ago ...I rang this dentist in the morning and was seen 2 hours later and the problem fixed ....thank you

Had a 4 on 1 procedure done in June 2024, firstly the temporary dentures were very uncomfortable and caused ulcers on the inside of the two cheeks also continually biting my tongue because it turns out the procedure was not done properly, within 2 weeks half of the dentures snapped, two of the implants came out, despite numerous trips back to this dentist and being told the procedure went well i finally sent another person at this practice who noted all the problems and admitted there were problems after examining me, all would be sorted out she said, I was then led into another room and told I needed to pay them 3k before they would do anything, at this point I decided to go to another dentist who upon scans etc told me the temporary dentures were not fitted properly and the whole procedure was very bad, Aldo it turns out another implant has failed, to get this all put right is going to cost me 12k, the staff there are great but unfortunately the same cant be said about my experience there, on my first visit to this dentist I witnessed a guy come in really annoyed, shouting about his procedure and how it had left him in agony, in hindsight I should of headed out of the door, I certainly wouldnt recommend this dentist in fact I would advise anyone thinking of using this dentist not to, in regards to the reply from 3 steps smile, I had no pre existing problems, I refused to pay the remaining balance as the temperaries broke plus 2 implants came out, do you really expect me to pay for the way you basically butchered my mouth, another dentist has now begun to fix the problems youve cause, after a scan another implant had failed making it three out of 4 that fell out, the procedure I had was 4 on 1 not 6 on 1, to repair the the damage done is going to cost me 13,000,, as 3 steps has basically denied any wrong doing I will add the dentists report on the work done by 3 steps, more to follow update 171024, another implant has failed which will now cost me another 2k, unbelievably they have taken out a country court judgement against claiming money for the work done even though the implants have failed, the temporary bridge snapped along with weeks of problems due to their negligence, I wonder what their reply to this will be, if you are thinking of using their services think twice, i will update again when my solicitors have forward me evidence from my new dentist of the extent of of damage done by 3stepssmile
