As someone who has always been apprehensive about visiting the dentist, my recent experience at Achddu dental practice was exceptional. Both Dr Peter, and nurse Anastasia were both knowledgeable and gentle, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient care is incredible and not only were they professional but also incredibly friendly, taking the time to address any concerns and explain each step of the process thoroughly. Cant praise this practice enough!

I went to this dentist today and I have to say they are AMAZING .. I had a loose front tooth and I was really upset that it was going to come out .. the dentist did all he could to help me .. he was amazing, fixed my problem and did it with such professionalism. Im a nervous patient but I was put at ease from the minute I walked in to the second I left. I could give this practice 10 stars .. Highly recommend

Very 'upset' disappointed at the way I was spoken to yesterday, very abrupt attitude of one particular receptionist, (not 1st time) after spending a lot of money here over the last few years, and liking the dentist (who I didn't get to see yesterday) I 'thought' my loyalty as a customer might be worth something-it seems not. No care, concern customer care Greeted treated with a 'cold' reception for the last time I'm sorry to say! Shocking.

Amazing dentist. Very well run and the staff are all very sunny and kind. They put you at your ease and do a grand job

Fantastic dentist, joined after dodging dentists in general for over 10 years and was very nervous! All staff were very welcoming, reassuring and made me feel at home. Always work done to the highest degree and seen quickly in emergency situations. Couldn't recommend enough!

Came this morning with my son absolutely outstanding all staff are so caring loving and gentle . If I could give 10 out of 10 you would have 10 thanks for the brilliant service . Tanya x

My partner and myself went to this dentist today as my partner was referred to this dentist by the NHS. I asked a couple of questions to the receptionist, Jane was her name, replied rather abruptly as if I was taking up her time and I was told it was private which I knew already...and she clearly didn't know my financial status but decided that I was already not eligible!!!! When other people entered the dentist she was very polite and almost creepy to the clients that had appointments!!! I am appalled at this attitude from someone that has no right to look down on me or anyone else!!! With receptionists like this it's no wonder it's so difficult to get to a dentist, I will never contemplate returning to this dentist because of the rude receptionist Jane!!!!
