After trying to find a dentist for just over a year. My husband has been at this practice for almost 35 years under a couple of different management teams so he talked my son in to going to get signed up with them so I thought I would ring them up also. I rang and arranged for my consultation.The reception staff are so friendly and accommodating, they will try their best to book appointments around my needs. From the moment I walked in the door, it was so welcoming. The surgery is very clean and has all been done very modern. All the staff from reception staff, to dental nurses and dentist operate at a very high standard of professionalism. I saw the nurses who gathered all my initial information then I met the lovely peofessional Tommy who explained what treatment I needed doing and went through my treatment plan in great detail. Treatment was performed to the highest standard by Tomny and his team and I am very impressed with the care I received and the finishing results and I certainly wouldnt hesitate to recommend Auckland Cosmetic Dental Clinic. The care and attention from every team member is truly exceptional.

I've been at this practice for nearly 60 years. This ownership is the third in that time. I recently had some work done and I was very impressed with the care I received. Very friendly, yet professional in every aspect, from reception staff, dental nurses and the dentists themselves. I highly recommend them!

I recently attended this new Dental Clinic ,I saw Dr Remy who immediately put me at ease ,the whole place had a very relaxed friendly atmosphere unlike any other Dentist's I've attended ,my tooth extraction yesterday couldn't have gone better ,completely pain free ,today 1 day later it almost feels like I never had an extraction ,I will hopefully be having some cosmetic work done in the new year ,I read patient reviews on here and they are exactly my experience really good ,the couple of patients giving 1 star is unnecessary and unfair in my opinion . I visited Auckland Cosmetic Dental Clinic as I was interested in whitening my teeth. From the moment I arrived, the reception team made me feel welcomed and valued. Dr Remy conducted an initial assessment to confirm my smile was in good health ready for cosmetic treatment. The traffic light system they used made everything clear and I was pleased to receive the green light to go ahead with whitening. The entire process was smooth, and I felt at ease, even during the tray impression stage which I worried would be uncomfortable. Once my whitening trays were ready, the next steps were clearly explained to me and I felt confident to continue my treatment at home. I did experience some minor sensitivity, and Dr Remy took the time to discuss ways to minimise it, which I really appreciated. Its service like this that makes all the difference. Im absolutely thrilled with the results and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Auckland Cosmetic Dental Clinic. The care and attention from every team member is truly exceptional.

I visited the practice for my first appointment on 23rd August 24 following the take over of the previous practice, where my dentist was David Brown. The first thing I noticed was how unorganised the reception was. The girl said she wasn't the actual receptionist, and was standing in as the previous receptionist had left. When I was called in to see Dr Remy I was seated in the chair, then Dr Remy proceeded to tell me all about his plans for the practice, and how he wanted it to be the best dental practice in the area. He spent a while talking to me about this, and we finally got around to him looking at my teeth. It all felt a bit rushed, and even the girl taking the notes on the computer struggled to keep up, and he kept going over to check things. After the check up he told me that all my silver fillings would need to be changed. I was surprised about this as some of the fillings were quite new, and I didnt think there was a problem. I am very careful with my teeth, and look after them, so I was upset when Dr Remy said that he could absolutely guarantee that my teeth would fracture due to the fillings. I was really worried about this, and felt upset. I suffer with anxiety, so it made me lose sleep. He then went on to tell me exactly how much it would be to change all the silver fillings to white, and it was a considerable cost to me. I am disabled, and not working, so I don't have a lot of money. I think he quoted around 500 for 2 fillings....maybe 3 i cant quite remember, and i have a lot of fillings to replace. He also said that my dental plan would need to be increased from 19 to around 37 a month as I should have more hygiene visits than 2 per year. Anyway, I just think that Dr Remy is not the right dentist for me. I have since been to another dentist, and they have told me that my teeth are in great condition, I brush really well, and the silver fillings don't need to be replaced, and they won't fracture as long as they are in good condition and I take care of them. I certainly don't need them all replacing. I was also told that I wouldn't need 3 hygiene visits per year, and he thought one would be sufficient, or if I wanted to I could have 2....which i chose to do. Dr Remy is the first dentist who has ever said this to me. I wrote an email to the practice explaining why I wish to leave, and outlining these points. I didn't get a reply from Dr Remy, although I was told the email would be passed to him. All in all a bad experience, and I am glad I have left the practice because I went home really worried about my dental health.

I have been delighted with the level of customer care and the pleasant, friendly manner of all staff at the practice. Today I was completely amazed by the replacement filling (metal to white) Zain Remy did. It was virtually invisible! A changeover from one dentist to another can be traumatic when youre used to someone youve known for years, but ACDC has surpassed my expectations. Highly recommended!

I was a little apprehensive when I went for a filling, I was put at ease by Zain, the procedure was explained very well. The nurse who assisted Zain was really nice. The receptionists are all very nice. I wont be apprehensive when I go for my next filling

Practice has been taken over recently. The new owner has invested in the latest technology that takes patient personal care to another level. Very friendly staff in a stress free environment.

One thing Im pedantic about is customer service - I got this when desk staff looked at me as soon as I entered their domain, (I always check this out) even on the occasion when one young lady was on the phone she still made eye contact whilst speaking with her client, the lady coming into reception from the upstairs rooms also acknowledged me. I dont consider myself important, however, the client must always be made to feel important - Auckland Dental Clinic, well done in your training methods, youve obviously worked hard at attaining and training the right staff !!

The focus is on up-to-date expertise and close plus very caring attention to every chance of helping patients.

As someone who has always been extremely nervous about visiting the dentist, I can't express enough how relieved and grateful I am to have found Dr. Zain. Prior to my treatment taking place, all aspects of my plan were fully explained to me in detail including instructions and aftercare going forward, at no time did I feel rushed to leave the surgery. On the day of my treatment, I was met with kindness and understanding, from both Zain and his assistant nurse which immediately helped ease my anxiety and made the process manageable for me.
