Excellent service from all areas of this practice. Would highly recommend it. Has all the hi-tech instruments and excellent staff who care about teeth.

I had a great experience with dentist Afrah and nurse Clare who fixed my front tooth after a trauma. Afrah did a composite fulling to rebuild my tooth and it looks amazing and so natural you would never know it had been broken. I am so happy with it and would highly recommend if you need any cosmetic work doing.

Quality all round.

They're a good practice and they do good work. You get talked through everything (had an implant put in recently) and I've never had problems since I joined as a patient

Sraff are always helpful and try their best to be understanding and supportive.

Great Service

This by far the best Dental SurgeryPractice I have ever been to. I will now stay with this surgery as I could not be happier with the treatment I recieve. I would like to say that Kelly and Eleanor are extremely good at their jobs and are a credit to BUPA.

All the appts I've had at Bupa Five Ways in Brighton have been professional, friendly and I would highly recommend anyone to use them. Eleanor and kelly put me at ease with my fear of dentists and I now don't worry like I used to! I can see how meticulous they both are about cleanliness and hygiene which is very important to me. They explained what I needed to have done, which i agreed, so no nasty surprise bills! I will always stay with this particular branch even tho I've moved away.

Was not very happy with manner of dentist. Wanted more warmth and reassurance. Also would have liked praise at having done well with my teeth by not having filling for years and my second ever extraction (first was back in 2019). Dentist a bit aloof. I need lots of warmth, friendliness, reassurance and praise.

Was seen by Hasiena for Invisalign Was the best experience ever!

I haven't been to the dentist in a long time and they definitely put me at ease and gave me some great advice without being pushy or trying to sell anything I didn't need.

I've been a patient at this surgery since I was a young child, and I've always had great experiences here. Everyone from the reception staff to the dentists and dental nurses is so friendly and kind, and I always feel like I have a say in my care. Fingers crossed they can get an NHS dentist back soon!

Over the years I have had a horrible experience with dentists and dread going every time. Ive had teeth taken taken and drilled for no reason, infections and abscesses caused by lazy work and had lots of issues with my teeth visually due to the damage caused. It all started when I was 17 with a tiny chip on the tooth and somehow ended up with 2 badly fitted crowns on metal posts that over the years caused me hell. Finally at the start of this year it came to this point where the only option I had left to fix everything was to have implants. My first quote (at another dentist) for 2 implants was 20,000! So I searched elsewhere and even considered turkey because that was obviously a rip off. After a few quotes from different places I ended up at Bupa Dental. I chose to go with them and had a check over. Straight away I felt like there was no nonsense and the information was getting was clear and put in a way I could understand without all that fancy jumbo-jumbo. We set up a plan and talked about my options. I left feeling better but was still very apprehensive because of past experiences left me scarred. We decided to do Invisalign and straighten the teeth in preparation for the implants, I was told what I could do to improve my gum health and we did regular checks to make sure Im on track. I felt very clear on my mission and encouraged. I didnt feel once judged or not listened to like before. At the end of the Invisalign treatment I had the crowns removed and the infected bone removed, I had a double bone graft and throughout felt very calm. I didnt feel hugely anxious and the healing went well so my confidence grew more. I was stitched up and given some temp front teeth in my aligners so I didnt have to walk around toothless while I healed. I have just had my final temps fitted before the implants and I had a check up on my mouth. The bones good, teeth good, gums good and on track. The new retainers have my new sized teeth in and they are gonna look great. I know Im still going through the treatment but I am so happy I cried most of the day because not only do I finally feel like Im getting my smile back I feel like Ive got over a huge traumatic 20 years of dentist and its fully restored my confidence in dentists. I cant tell you how much this has affected me and how much it means to me. Hasiena and her team are angels. Thank you so much. Its great to finally have this shadow in my life lifted and feel listened to, my issue has finally been solved and my smile is already looking amazing! Xxxx changed my life!

Very good practice, staff are very friendly and try to fit appointments around you, clean and tidy everywhere, and the dentists are very thorough.

Very thorough treatments

I have just completed Invisalign treatment with Hasiena Rahman. I can not recommend this treatment enough. The whole process took just over 5 months and I now have the perfect smile I have been longing for . Hasiena was very welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. I had regular check ups to keep track of the progress and each time was given excellent guidance and tips to get the best out of the trays. My whole family have now moved to this dentist and I would highly recommend this surgery and Hasiena to anyone.

Very poor service. Ive just tried to book My children in for a check up and have been told they are only treating private customers. Ive been with them for 10 years and they didnt even have the decency to let me know.

Me and my family have been going to this dentist for over 25 years, then we were removed as theyve decided to exclusively treat private patients. They didnt even contact us to let us know, an NHS check up was 20 now a private one is 105 - I cant afford that and there are no other NHS dentists taking patients in Brighton so now I dont have access to dental care. Nand Singh chose to prioritise profit over peoples health in only accepting private patients and after 25 years didnt even have the decency to let us know.

Everyone at the Fiveways dental clinic is wonderful and friendly. My dentist Nand is very professional and caring and I continue to come to this dentist despite living a reasonable distance away now. Thank you Fiveways team for looking after me so well.
