Bupa Dental Care Cardiff - Mermaid Quay

Came here for some emergency dental work a few years ago and have been going back ever since. All of the staff are extremely friendly and professional. Couldnt recommend this place enough.

Very easy to be seen as a new patient. I had a check up, hygienist appointment, and a filling all done on my schedule around my working pattern. Dr Pete Murray is good at helping patients feel less nervous. Everyone at the practice is lovely and very welcoming.

Having nearly completed my treatment I am honestly delighted with the level of service from all at the practice. Pete Murray has taken his time to explain everything in detail and the level of workmanship gone into my full set of implants is amazing. The reception team have responded to all of my requests quickly and efficiently. I can not thank them all enough!

We have been under the care of Bupa Dental in Mermaid Quay for just over a year and we're very happy with the dentist and hygienist that we see. They do a great job. Everyone at the practice is very friendly and all costs are discussed up front so you know what you are paying. We get given personal advice about our oral hygiene in between visits and we highly recommend their practice. We were under a different Bupa dentist before and the service and staff here are excellent.

Review from someone who is terrified of dentists.... I hate it so much it took me 9 years to get an appointment. Chose this place as the reception team were so kind and reassuring about the care they could provide and made me feel confident and safe. The dentist and the hygienist and so much patience when I came for appointments. Considering I was petrified they had their work cut out but they were simply wonderful. Could not recommend this dentist enough especially if you are nervous. The plan also makes it so simple to pay in instalments
