Great service, great quality of work, very happy.

Just been here today with my little boy the reception staff were lovely but the dentist was not friendly at all he didn't even say hello to me or my little boy we were in there for 2minutes!! Not very good customer service at all!

Always been afraid of dentists till coming to this practice, the girls are lovely, my dentist Jane is absolutely brilliant, I love the dentist now

Friendly and cheerful staff from start to finish. Made a foreboding experience into a comfortable and acceptable one.

Great experience. Robyn was really considerate of my nerves around the injection and I barely felt it. The procedure was done with great expertise, care and attention. Thank you for putting me at ease.

A very positive experience from the moment I was at reception to having my treatment. Tim was exceptionally attentive and talked me through the procedure before and during my treatment. All practice staff were approachable and professional.

As always with our practice we received a warm friendly response at reception and our check up was thorough and again received a friendly welcome - excellent

Excellent.

I didn't feel welcomed when I came into the reception, waited a bit for someone to talk to me. They weren't on the phone or dealing with another customer. There were two receptionist there, I felt a bit uncomfortable to be honest. But the treatment was sore but good can't fault the treatment I had from the hygienist.

All good and on time.

Fantastic staff here in Bupa Dental Care Darlington, the reception team are always helpful and Denist Anna and Hygienist Louise are so calm and caring during my appointment. They both explain everything in detail and make you feel at ease.

As per usual appointment times never met always 10 to 15 mins wait ??

Excellent care and attention while there didn't have to wait long to get seen by the dentist too

The Dr I had said she was new but honestly she was amazing. Took her time and made sure I was okay every so often whilst cleaning my teeth. Lovely visit
