Comfortable and painless, one of the best dentists ever

I couldn't rave more highly about my experience as a new patient here. I'm an extremely nervous patient and my teeth have been problematic since childhood - not typically a great combination. Everybody is so reassuring the reception team are brilliant and really knowledgeable, the dental assistant (whose name I sadly didn't catch) is a star and put me at ease from the get go, and Vanita is amazing - as lovely as she is skilful. I felt fully informed about everything, felt no pain during my crown prep appointment and most importantly (for me), it was a really supportive environment with no judgment. Highly recommended.

For years I have wanted composite bonding and yet I could never find a Dentist or practice that gave me what I was after until I came to see Dr Minesh at Bupa Dental Care Epsom. Dr Minesh was amazing, from doing a mock up on my teeth before I agreed to anything, to explaining colour choices, I really felt like I was in safe hands and that I was being listened to and understood. I did not want the fashionable turkey teeth I wanted my natural teeth just enhanced and thats exactly what I got. Dr Mineshs eye for creating a natural smile is genius. The entire team were professional and efficient as they had various appointments available which suited my schedule. I could not be happier with my results! Thank you!

I have just finished my Invisalign treatment with Farnoush and I am so so happy with the end results. The staff were always very professional, paying so much attention to detail to ensure I was completely happy with how my teeth looked at the end of my treatment. I love my teeth now and cant thank you enough! Would 100 recommend this practice if you are looking to get Invisalign.

I have been coming to this practice since I was a child, so nearing 2 decades now. They are truly excellent in all the services they provide. I visit every 6 months for a dentist (Krinal) and Hygienist (Eiad) check up. Both Krinal and Eiad are incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and both warm and friendly. My teeth, gums and overall oral health have consistently been healthy due to the services provided and the advice for maintaining oral hygiene specific to my needs has always proved successful. I know that for some, going to the dentist can be a stressful experience, however I have never found that to be the case at this practice. They really make the effort to make you feel comfortable and its clear that they really care for your health. I will also note that whenever Ive needed short notice and immediate help with issues, pains, tooth chips etc. they have always gone above and beyond to see me asap and provide the help I need. I would also give a special mention to the reception team who are always incredibly helpful and professional! Overall, the is a truly great practice and I would highly recommend them to anyone (theres a reason Ive been coming here for nearly 20 years!). Thank you to all the Epsom Bupa Dental team!

While your dentist Olivia is a true credit to her profession, I feel that I have been very badly mistreated by your dental hygienists there, especially Eiad. In our last appointment on 20122023, Eiad was so rough with my mouth (which is a very delicate area) to the point where there was so much pain and blood during and afterwards. It was a truly horrible experience. It felt like my mouth was invaded attacked, similar to the famous dental torture scene in the film Marathon Man. In a condescending and uncaring way, he blamed me for not attending for over 6 months, even though I had Covid in addition to having a young family and a stressful job. To make matters worse, he was extremely rude and unsympathetic, stating "It's your fault, not mine" even though I was in considerable pain. His water jet kept hitting my gums many times, which felt like they were cutting into my flesh. This would explain some of the blood. He insinuated that I was a liar because I said I couldn't fit the interdental brushes in-between my teeth, which is true for most of my teeth. That was one of the most traumatic painful dental experiences I have ever had. Mouth was still bleeding 6.5 hours after appointment!!! It has taken me so long to reply, because I was so traumatised by the experience and I have been moving house. I will never use Epsom dental practice again. Extremely unhappy

Really great staff - very friendly and gentle, new up-to-date equipment, and they took the time to explain everything they were doing. They're great for people with dentist phobias or who may be anxious and need a bit more time.

my grandson was booked in for a routine checkup which was 43 after which his dentist olivia jarvis asked him what flavour toothpaste he wanted. she proceeded to dot two miniscule dabs on two teeth. when my daughter went to pay the cost had risen to 53 so 10 for two dabs of toothpaste which she did not ask for or was informed there was an extra cost. so charging by stealth beware of epsom branch

I have long been a patient of Minesh Patel who has recently moved to Bupa Dental Care Epsom from Thames Ditton. He is a great dentist and is great with patients. His dental work is excellent and I have never been happier with my teeth. His new surgery is light, bright and home to all the latest technology - which makes for a pleasant visit.
