Angelo is the most patient dentist he really puts me at ease. Hes bloody brilliant, just had a tooth out and honestly so calm and relaxed.

After looking for a dentist we found Diana at Pentwyn and its safe to say shes stuck with us for life now as my daughter is super anxious and always really nervous about visiting but Diana never ceases to put her mind at ease! My experience of Bupa Dental had been exceptional. From my first appointment for server tooth decay. Right through the process of having 7 teeth removed. They where fantastic. Even one of the Managers gave me lots of comfort. When I felt quit overwhelmed by the experience. Thank you Bupa

I would like to thank all the staff in pentwyn dental care centre, who was very nice,helpful, and kind and understanding my needs and also they go that's extra mile too.

Useless surgery. I had dental pain and friday morning I went in at 805 and the surgery wasn't open yet. There was a worker at the door who couldn't open the surgery as they weren't the person with the key. They asked if I had an appointment but I was there for an emergency, I gave them my details and was told I'd be called later. No one called. I went back in the afternoon and then was told that I couldn't be seen as there was no space. They advised me to call 111, so I decided to wait until monday but on saturday it got worse and when I called they gave me an appointment in the afternoon at the st davids dental hospital. When I went, the dentist told me that I should've been seen by my dentist as it was an emergency as I was told there was a crack in my tooth. They said the only thing I could have done was be seen by my dentist. I'm still in severe pain and have to wait until monday and I don't even know if I'll be seen on monday.

Great treatment received. Dentist was friendly, compassionate and highly skilled. Completed my fillings efficiently and successfully wholst talking me through the process step by step. I did have to wait a few weeks for the appointment, however they gave me treatment which ensured I wasn't in pain while I waited and the carr I received was worth it. I highly recommend.

Takes over 2 months to get a crown fitted,avoid at all cost unless you have all the time in the world to get a follow up appointment, absolutely appalled at the service!!!

I am regularly visiting this dentist and wont leave feedback easily but its time for me to do it. I would like to start with Dr Mandalia, amazing young and professional doctor whatever he does he explain to you so patient knows what to expect next. Dr Mandalia and the the nurses looked after me and I am very happy with the outcome of my treatment. Thank you also very polite staff at the reception welcome you with smile which is very important to start with. thank you all . deserve 5
