From the first telephone call to walking out I couldn't of asked for better care. Polite, efficient, gentle, reassuring to name a few I could go on. Excellent service, great caring staff. Spotlessly clean in all areas. 100 per cent, looking forward to my next visit.

I have just had my 6 monthly check up and would like to say what I said before that they are a really professional team who make me feel welcome and relaxed from when I enter the Surgery until I leave. I have known many of the staff over the years and I would praise them all.

Just had an emergency crown fitted, Rebecca noticed despite my outward appearance I was terrified. Really put me at ease (even hiding the needle ) and had a pain free appointment. Fully explained my options and what she was doing at each stage. I believe (time will tell) I have got over my fear and have no quarms having work done by Rebecca and her staff in the future

Had broken a tooth called and booked an emergency appointment. Got seen very quickly by Florence,she and her team are great explaining to me very clearly what the best option to fix it would be. The advice was definitely not about making money and more about getting it done properly so no long term cost involved. Thank you Update had my filling today excellent service. My son Oliver and I have been visiting Chapel Dental for just over seven years. Our dentist Rebecca is fantastic. Excellent care and advice is always given. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Rebecca has a very good rapport with Oliver who is eleven and explains the process of the appointment very calmly and efficiently making Oliver feel at ease. She is very encouraging and shows interest hobbies. I really recommend Chapel Dental and cannot praise Rebecca and the rest of the staff enough. Thank you

Been my daughters dentist for 8 years. Now going private so shes now not got one. Greedy only after more money dont care about the patients (children) who was on their books before! Will take my money else where private before I give it to them. Greedy

Have been with chapel dental for 36 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. They've treated our children during that time too. Always friendly and professional and my recent visit even exceeded my expectations as I dont have fillings very often and was surprised how painfree it was. Thoroughly recommend!

Kicked my wife of register because she didnt make an appointment quick enough after covid and now refused to do any more appointments for 11 year old daughter because neither my wife or me are a private patient . I find this disgraceful to get treated like this

I cant praise this surgery enough. I've been with chapel dental for as long as I can remember and always receives excellent service. My dentist recently changed as mine had semi retired and I was so nervous as I'm a nervous patient, but Florence and her wonderful assistant were amazing. I was told of what was happening and shown so that I could understand what treatment I would be having. The reception team are always warm and welcoming. Id recommend chapel dental every time.

Receptionist were polite and friendly but the dentist sangita was extremely rude I have never been spoken to like that . My children are traumatised after this experience . Im speechless terrible experience
