Lovely staff. Following routine check up, Dr Nute presented all my options for treatment and we decided to go ahead with composite fillings. They got me in within a week of my initial check up (even as a non emergency).

This surgery is excellent Rupert is so good at injection and tooth extraction you cannot feel a thing All round great service I cannot recommend them enough Thank you

What a great dentist and team, and it's not always easy going to the dentist but when I see Nathaniel and Anne-Marie, I feel I'm in safe hands, and as soon as I'm greeted with a smiling receptionist I feel at ease. I always receive excellent treatment and customer service with professional advice and after care. It's worth every penny knowing I can come away smiling confidently.

I am not afraid of the dentist but I do dread having a scale and polish because my teeth are sensitive and I can feel every movement. I usually stop the dentist every few minutes Yesterday I saw Nathaniel Davey and dental nurse Anne-Marie .I warned them that I'm not a good patient when have a scale and polish and they were both fantastic! Nathaniel was so gentle that I didn't have to stop him at all and Anne Marie is a pro with the suction tube .I left the dentist feeling relieved and well , ok to book the next appointment

My daughter suffers with really bad anxiety and this was the second attempt to remove two teeth (first attempt was by a different dentist) ready for her brace fitting and I can not recommend her dentist Nate and the women helping Ann-marie they was so calming and amazing with her,Ann-Marie went above and beyond with her holding her hand comforting her she made my daughter feel so comfortable and she managed to have both teeth removed and she said she feels so comfortable going back with both Nate and Ann-Marie as they made her feel so comfortable through the whole process and kept her calm.Thank u so much both appreciate everything.

Never been to this practice before. Went to have an emergency tooth extraction. Receptionist, Dentist and Dental nurse all very professional and calm. The whole procedure was in the same manner.

Went to the surgery this morning for a check-up, and I was a bit anxious as always. But from entering the reception where the lovely receptionist Angel greeted me with a warm smile welcome was helpful with the questions I asked. I started to feel very relaxed. Then, the dental nurse Anne-Marie came and called me she was very nice polite. The atmosphere in the dental room was positive. Which is important to me as it keeps me relaxed. Nate, the dentist, gave a warm welcome. He was very thorough with his work giving clear explanation regarding my teeth gum care. My first time with Nate Anne-Marie, also meeting Angel, I'd give them 10 out 10 for my dental visit with them. Thank you.

Amazing service! The best dentist in Cardiff by far. Robert Nute and the nurse were very professional and kind while giving informative details on the procedure. Called in the morning and as someone cancelled, I took the slot on the same day. The receptionist is incredible and caring. Would highly recommend !
