Charnwood Dental have been my go-to Dentist for many years, my personal dentist being very professional and friendly and giving me great service and advice, excellent service.

Right ,the receptionists are brilliant ,well some of the dentist's there are well , ,i need a new appointment as my last, visit was not the best,they failed to fill my tooth ,not happy ,normally had good service but i am well annoyed now, ,only speaking from experience, thxs for response Charnwood dentist ,i ll let you now after tomorrow if i, get a result, but the receptionists are great ,we,ll see spot on ,,seen another different indian lady ,highly recommend her , the filling has been topped up thank you,Charnwood dentist for sorting me out , but since then i,ve moved to London rd dentist coalville, for implants etc , a far better dentists,i had and was advised for a denture plate ,850 at charnwood dentists, the biggest waste of money i ve spent , i couldnt use it ,the worst advice and expensive waste of money,then got a message saying because I ve not attended for a year or so I was being took off the books ,I said good I ve got a better dentist in coalville,and a month later I get emails saying ,come back we miss you,no thanks and you said pay here ,mmmm,no thanks never ,sorry I am with a better dentists and yes I pay ,but it's second to none ,good luck ,a ex patient and won't come back ,sorry just saying how it is,the only best thing from Charnwood dentists is a dentist advising me to go to London rd dentists coalville for implants,and well thank you for that Chris Allen

Very friendly, prompt and professional service.

My children and I have been patients here for years. Always have perfect customer service from the reception staff, we've always been happy with our treatment and when I've had any pain or broken a tooth, they've always seen me really promptly and rectified the issue. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Mohammed is an excellent dentist friendly warm and welcoming. Appointment time was spot on. Used this dentist for many years and would recommend them.

Routine annual check up , 25 minute wait for appointment in and out in 5 minutes, all went well.

Brilliant experience today with the hygienist. I'd not been to one for years and wasn't judged for this. Friendly, professional and good value for money. Reception staff also brilliant and friendly.

Not that anybody wants to write anything after having a wisdom tooth out, but I will because today I saw a different dentist than my usual one because it was an emergency. . The damn thing ( The tooth that is ) Needed to come out immediately. I was not physically, emotionally or mentally prepared for what i could only be be described a rollercoaster of a tooth extraction . I do have a slight fear of a dentist and my normal dentist ( Who puts up with my amateur dramatics) Couldnt see me in time Because of my issue, but this guy put me at ease immediately. And considering how patient he was with the fact that my tooth was not budging, and offered me more breaks than I needed, Which Im sure he wouldve been more happy to go home than listen to my cursing. Really considerate, Really down to earth. And made my experience as best as it could be. Pop goes the weasley wisdom tooth- and Thank you very much To the nameless dentist in the back room, you were absolutely cracking.

I have recently been given a new dentist at the practice, Dr Samra, was thorough, took her time and fully explained the work that needed to be done and my options. I felt that it wasn't a rushed appointment, or just a quick wizz round my teeth but a considered approach to looking after my teeth long term. Excellent!

I had a broken tooth, phoned the practice, got an appointment for 2 days later. Seen on time, temporary filling till my next appointment in March. Have been with this practice for a number of years now, I've always had a quick and efficient service, no problems at all, very pleased with the service I receive

Amazing visit as always, Receptionists are always so friendly and welcoming and the Dentist is so nice offering advice and putting me at ease. This is the nicest Dental Practice I have been registered with and would not hesitate to recommend

Visited today for appointments with hygienist Sarah and dentist Debrika . Both professional and lovely people . The receptionists and dental assistants were very pleasant and helpful too.

Ive been anxious about the dentist for well over 50 years but I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience with this practice. All of the staff are kind, courteous and make you feel at ease. I thoroughly recommend them.
