I've attended the Clinic twice, and the dentist and hygienist were both lovely. Not to mention the Front Office ladies - warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Confidental Clinic practice. I recently had an appointment with the hygienist that I unfortunately had to cancel due to a knee injury requiring urgent surgery. I informed the practice as soon as I learned about my surgery, which was less than 48 hours before my appointment. Despite the unavoidable circumstances, they refused to reschedule my appointment and kept my deposit. I understand the importance of cancellation policies, but emergencies like surgery are beyond anyones control. The lack of flexibility and compassion from the practice was disheartening. I would have expected a bit more understanding, especially as a regular patient. I cannot recommend a place that priorities rigid policies over patient care and genuine circumstances.

Required a tooth extraction. Mrs Zainab did a though checkup and discussed the results of the x rays with me. She discussed options to replace the gap prior the extraction. She was very professional at all times

Ive had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Soundrarajan. From start to finish, the level of care and professionalism has been exceptional! Not only is Dr. Soundrarajan highly skilled, but she also takes the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I feel comfortable and informed. The staff is very friendly, and the clinic is welcoming, making each visit a pleasure. Ive always been a bit scared of going to the dentist, but Dr. Soundrarajan completely changed that for me. I highly recommend Dr. Soundrarajan to anyone looking for top-quality dental care! )

Best dental treatment at this location with affordable price

Treatment excellent. Only issue I have is my treatment was a basic examination that included 2 small x-rays and you entered these on my claim form as a single item which means my dental insurers will only reimburse for a basic examination that doesnt include x-rays. Although theres a single charge, if you could enter 39 (for the basic examination) and 10 (for the x-rays) this would make life much easier for me. Best regards.
