I would just like to say how nice Andrew was today.My first appointment with him as I normally see Peter.Also the hygiene nurse was so lovely and made me feel at ease.Kelly also is always happy and helpful.I would recommend my dentist to everyone x

Well what can I say .. I was really apprehensive worrying about coming for my filling to be replaced today with Andrew! But wow what a lovely experience I know thats not something you would usually say coming to the dentist but Andrew and his dental assistant Mia made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I couldnt have asked for better 5 star service Its definitely half the battle if you have a lovely rapport with your patients and they most certainly did! Im really happy with my results today no pain and a giggle in the chair Happy Days xx Thank you so so much xXx

I was terrified about going but was put at ease by the receptionist. Only had one appointment but I feel so settled that I feel calm about my 2nd appointment. Lovely, lovely staff and the dentist was fabulous with me!

Thank you to Peter and all the staff at Crosby Dental. Ive recently had treatment to have a crown and veneers fitted. Im a nervous patient and he was extremely patient and reassuring throughout all my treatment. A relaxing environment, which I never thought Id say about a dentist, with genuine caring staff. Thank you for my new smile, Im a new woman.

I had an old filling fall out due to massive decay in the tooth. Joseph listened to my concerns and was able to save the tooth with a filling instead of going straight to a root canal. I had no pain or discomfort at all as I was completely numb for the duration of the appointment. After the anaesthetic wore off I was prepared for pain but I didnt even take to take a paracetamol! I trust Joseph and would recommend him and the team to anyone needing dental treatment.

Has caused numerous issues with my teeth for money, avoid at all costs.

Ive had some horrific dental treatment experiences until I was introduced to Crosby Village Dental Practice. Peter, my dentist, took his time to explain what the options I could have to rescue my broken crown. Prior to this, I spent a fortune on just having the crown glued back in Dr Rez, who constantly talked about spending too much time on my case and constantly said I needed a tooth implant, which will cost me 4500. The crown didnt stay long and afterwards, I went to Peter at Crosby Village Dental Practice. He went for the least intrusive and most cost effective way by putting a new post into my gum and fitting a new crown. The total cost is 790, which seems quality. I will definitely go back to Crosby Village Dental Practice as the entire treatment and service have been much more impressive than any of the dentists Ive been to in the last twenty years.

Crosby dental staff were kind, professional and caring on my first visit yesterday. I am terrified of the dentist like many others and have mainly negative painful experiences to base this on. Andy and the reception staff have gone a good way to help me feel more positive about going. I needed an extraction yesterday, it wasnt an easy one but Andy really helped me to not be afraid, talking to me and informing me of the process. I am hopeful that perhaps I can Have more regular visits in future without waiting till I am in pain. Thank you.

I cant speak highly enough of this dentist. I rang up, had an appointment booked in for the very next day. Attended the appointment and agreed a price and was booked in the following day for a tooth extraction. Joe who completed the procedure was fantastic. He was reassuring throughout the procedure, very friendly and done a fantastic job at removing the tooth. 100 recommend this place.

Strange system, cancelled my appointment the day before. Blocked me off the system so I cant even book any more appointments

Not good, grumpy and rushed poor quality service for anyone unemployed. I missed one appointment because the text they sent to remind me was 4 or 5 days before I actually had the appointment and they couldn't delete me fast enough. Terrible.

They took me off as a patient for missing an appointment years ago, havent been able to find a dentist since, I live next to them as well and my teeth hurt, had to call 111 for the 5th time in 2 years
