Croydon Dental Care

Not a good experience at all. Was told that I would be getting two roots taken out as well as a denture my first visit (which went relatively well). I was told everything will take about two visits (2 weeks)... It's currently been 4 weeks... during all 3 visits I've been rushed in and out (don't know why they would need me to do my molds 3 weeks in a row?) Also they completely lied about taking out my roots. I've tryd to ask questions and brought up pain and discomfort but was told im wrong and have been given the run around. Don't know if they get more money for more appointments but it's honestly horrible and wouldn't recommend this dentist.

Just had work done on my teeth by Dr Sing Kayla and his nurse sehdeep. Everything explained in layman terms and carried out without any pain at all. So happy with results, can smile proudly again, thank you. Definitely recommend both.

Receptionist are always customer friendly, dentist keep changing, the good ones have left and the last appointment i had the dentist was very unprofessional, complained about the receptionist not doing there job properly, while she did not do her job properly, she was very rough and had a bad attitude! This is the worst dentist i have ever been too, They need improvement!

I recently visited Croydon Dental Care and had an appointment with Dr. Stanislava (apologies if the name is misspelled). She was excellentvery thorough and gave me plenty of time during my check-up. I never felt rushed, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

I'm really happy with the experience I've had meeting Dr stanislava she put my mind at Ease during my check up and also when I've had to have two of my teeth extracted . I was really anxious about going to the dentist after so long but she was and is very professional and also explains everything. She has encouraged and made me feel better about my teeth . She is an amazing dentist ! Thanks also to all the team that work alongside her and also remaining professional.

Had to change my hygienist appointment because of work. The receptionist was absolutely lovely. I also needed an appointment to see the dentist. She managed to book both with only a 10 minute wait between them. Very happy

As someone whos mega anxious about dentists and hasnt been for over a decade, I couldnt have hoped for anyone better than Dr Stanislava for my first appt. Both her and the rest of the team were genuinely amazing - properly put me at ease and explained everything they were doing clearly and calmly. Id go as far as to say it was pleasant! After putting it off for years, Ive already booked a follow up with the hygienist and Im looking forward to going back, something I never thought Id be saying!

A root canal and a crown required as I do not visit the dentist enough. Doctor Stanislava was amazing. It took a little longer than usual as she is a perfectionist. The crow was perfectly fitted the first time and the X-rays showed that the root canal is perfect. I can only recommend.

Bad customer service and my filling lasted less than a year One of my front fillings fell out again (second time it lasted less than a year, first one done by another practice but the second one, this one) so I booked an appointment. As my previous dentist left, they booked me in with another for the following week. On Monday, they sent a pre-appointment questionnaire and later that day they called. As I was at work, I could not answer but, as I don't have their number saved and there was no voice message left, I thought nothing of it. Went to my appointment on Wednesday and was told then that the appointment was cancelled. They had all day Tuesday to call, they could have texted from their work mobile, they could have changed me to any other dentist (as it would be the first time with any dentist), instead a weak apology then asking if I was free next week. I do shift work, had to wake early (between two late shifts, before going into night shifts) to make this, the first available appointment and now, I have to wait a week with a sensitive tooth to see a dentist.

Excellent service from the minute you walk through the doors. I saw Dr Amara, she was very attentive, helpful and took good care of me.

Jyothi Hygienist was more than 1010. She even fitted me in to her lunch break today 20924. Was so gentle and professional. I always get so worried about the dentist but this lady was AMAZING. Thank you. If you need someone with that understanding special treatment this is the place to book.

I had a hygienist appointment with Nus, I had never met her before but she was really kind, bubbly and reassuring - Highly recommend seeing her!

Phone number dont work

They are worst dentist in Croydon.they are robbing people with lame excuses.they are unprofessional as soon as you given them money they treat you like unprofessional.

I would like to thank Mr Patel for taking care of me, I had multiple visits beforehand with others dentist however wasn't treated and told I'd need a referral to remove tooth, On my very first visit with Mr Patel he assured me that all will be OK and that he can remove for me. I am a very nervous patient but with Mr Patel and the assistant who held my hand during extraction. THANK YOU BOTH! I recommend Mr Patel for his calm patient nature.

So you'll be calling this dentist they don't pick up the phone you're standing outside the dentist calling the phone watching them all laugh and joke about the phone ringing they also have messed up by root canal and then expect you to pay avoid like the plague nobodyGO HERE following on I'm trying to change dentist and now they don't even pick up the phone I've been on hold for 10 minutes how do I upload the evidence of me on hold

Deborah and her team are amazing. They are all so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The dentists and dental nurses are very good and the reception was very good the last time I visited but now the number is not working and unavailable I have a problem from the last treatment and I can't get through to them and no one has bothered contacting me back after I've sent several emails

Don't rate this dentist at all She Drilled into my tooth and left it open then it went in to a infection sadly I lost my tooth over it since that I nothing get trouble in my other tooth what was next to it I move dentist now has the staff was so rude as well
