They have tuned my whole life around and I couldn't thank them enough every single one of the staff are so kind and friendly I never felt so welcome and I went in with no confidence as all of my teeth were broken or and I left looking and feeling like myself again thanks so much

Absolute brilliant dentist. I have been looking for a dentist for some time, due to adverse dentist visits as a youngster I had not been for years. I came across Cumbria Smiles on-line and contacted them for further information. I received my reply and plucked up the courage to go to Kirby Stephen from where I live in Barnard Castle. I did make the ladies in reception aware before I got there I was very nervous and had not been to a dentist in a long time. I was made at ease when I arrived and had my appointment booked in, at first I just wanted to go for a check-up to get me used to going to the dentist again and quell my nerves. The dentist was brilliant at this and put me so much at ease. We discussed a plan as we advance which I was happy with and would ease me back into receiving treatments again from a dentist. Fast-forward to today. I have just been yet again, and yet again, the ladies at reception and the dentist were brilliant. So, my thoughts are now to step up my treatment and try to sort out the consequences of not visiting a dentist in some time. If like me you are nervous about going to a dentist?? Please do not think twice about going to Cumbria Smiles as they are brilliant!

I am so grateful for the treatment i received at Cumbria Smiles practice today. Everyone that helped me from initially ringing up to the treatment itself was conducted in the upper most professional and extremely kind manner! Which is a combination I was very very grateful for. I went in with a traumatic problem and the Dentist worked an absolute miracle for me. I hope everyone that has helped me today see's this messagereview and knows truly how grateful i am! Nothing but praise for this dental practice. I was on a trip up north from London and taken down with a killer tooth acheinfection. After calling all the practices in the area (as expected) no one had room to see me. 111 tried but only had an appointment in Carlisle (70 mins away) but the practice manager at cumbria smiles took pity and managed to find a slot in the afternoon. When I got there it was clean bright and welcoming. Dentist saw me and has set me on road to recovery I hope. Thanks to all those at the practice. You are a credit to the profession.

Superb service and care. Taking into consideration how terrified I am and adapting what they do to meet my needs whilst making everything pain free and as easy as possible to achieve great results. Also proving advice and guidance on what I need to do before my next appointment. Thank you.

Dentist had no people skills, rude mannered dentist. Very nice receptionist and dental nurses however, but will not be returning for any treatment.

Cumbria Smiles is without doubt the very best dentist I have ever visited. My wife and I had booked NHS dental treatment with them after our previous dentist went private! Our first impression was how clean and fresh the premises looked then it struck me what a good name Cumbria smiles was for this practice as the staff couldn't be more helpful and reassuring. Our first check up was with Asmaa who was most professional and reassuring. Asmaa carefully inspected my teeth and gums then recommended minor treatment. During the examination Asmaa explained everything she was doing she was most cheerful and caring. I felt confident I was in good hands. Following my wife's examination she said what lovely happy staff in Cumbria smiles. We recommend Cumbria smiles to anyone looking for the best dentists in Cumbria and Westmorland.

While on holiday in Kirkby Stephen I needed emergency dental treatment for a very painful toothache. This turned out to be an infection under my tooth. For which i was prescribed antibiotics. I found Cumbria Smiles to be extremely friendly helpful went out of their way to provide me with the treatment I needed. I would highly recommend them.

After our first visit to the practice my wife and I were immediately struck with the very high standard of cleanliness in all areas. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and put us at ease from the moment we walked through the door. After an extremely thorough examination with Shyam and his assistant which was followed by a deep clean with Yasmin we would have no hesitation in recommending Cumbria Smiles. We cannot thank you all enough for the highly professional service.
