Best dentists I've ever been to, all the staff are so kind.

I really wouldnt recommend this dentist. First of all the receptionist is rude and not understanding at all. I had an emergency with my disabled son the morning of my appointment, I explained everything in great detail as to why I couldnt attend and could I please re arrange my appointment because I had to go immediately to collect him from his school. She told me that she would need to speak to the manager. This was on Tuesday, its Friday today and Ive received no call back. I called them back to be told that because it was an hour long appointment theyve decided to remove me from there books. I am honestly furious, being a mother of 4 children I cannot help the busy life and if my child needs me he comes first. Absolutely awful customer service and I will be making sure people avoid this dentist. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I have been with this practice for decades now and have had nothing less than great service. Dr Surtees, Manpreet and now Dr Ali have all taken care of me and I'm very grateful for such a friendly and professional service. Thanks also to Linda on reception.

Been with this dentist for over 30 years now, and the children have grown up with this practice now 3639, never let us down and always there to sort us out,Mr Ali has been really good over the years and now his son Dr Tyyib Ali , proving to follow in his fathers footsteps, excellent service all round from the reception to the chair..

Been registered with this dentist since I was 5 years old the service has improved tremendously and couldn't ask for a better dentist

Would recommend Derby Road dental practice. Dr Tayyib Ali was very professional and thorough. He explained the test I was having and also the reason for them. He povided alternative treatment and other options in treating my teeth to stop the issues getting worse. They dental nurse was also very friendly and helpful.

I received lovely service again from Dr Tayyib Ali at this dental practice recently on16 May. He is friendly and professional and always puts me at ease. Thank you to the whole team at Derby Road.

Great Experience! Highly Recommended! Dr Tayyib Ali is a professional expert and easy to understand. I had severe tooth ache for days and as a result could not sleep until I received excellent consultation and treatment from Dr Tayyib Ali. The root canal procedure was carried out flawlessly and now I am able to enjoy life again!

I have had to visit quite frequently lately and all the staff have been very friendly and helpful. The dentist who has been treating me couldn't have been more helpful and considerate and very professional. I felt I was in safe hands. The reception staff are are extremely helpful whether dealing with patients having treatment and while dealing with people on the phone.

Been going here since I was about 14 I'm now 32 my children all go here I can honestly say it's a fantastic dentist really friendly staff all polite and approachable very good with the children I've 2 with additional needs and thy r fantastic with them the receptionist is very polite and friendly
