Wow! What an amazing dental experience, all the staff work together as a team. The treatment I had from entering the building was second to none, they listen to you and take on board the medical information that you give them, you are greeted warmly and with empathy. Second experience was my granddaughter needing teeth extracted due to overcrowding, she was scared out of her wits, all members of the team were so kind and understanding towards her and to her mother who was distressed to see her daughter so afraid. Following week, two more extractions and she didnt turn a hair, thats down to ALL in this remarkable team, they care, they really do. Thank you everyone.

I needed to see a dentist when on holiday. Was seen the same day. I saw the female dentist and she was absolutely fantastic and did a great job. Highly recommend

I struggle to go to a dentist as very nervous, I've had to go under anaesthetic due to being scared before unfortunately my filling broke and fell out last night leaving a very big hole . I plucked up tge courage and I called the line to ask if I could get a dentist to be told this dentist would be able to help and the receptionist would call me soon which is what they did. I arrived at the appointment, I was called through, my tooth was xrayed ,the dentist then went on to tell me that there is no infection so because my face wasn't swollen or I'm not in agonising pain I couldn't have the treatment. I would have to go to my dentist to which I told him I don't have one and its a three year waiting. He shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do, I said so if I do go into pain what am I supposed to do he told me ring the line I had called in the morning and they would get me somewhere, I was very shocked to hear this and was thinking to myself could you imagine if I did this to my patients in AE. I left the room and went to the reception the girls were lovely she gave me some info to try and help. I would like to say it took alot for me to go there as I've had a bad experience in the past now my faith has completely gone again .

Excellent dentist. I had to have a partial denture fitted, something I was not looking forward to. However, Mark the dentist made sure I felt nothing and took my teeth out and put the denture in. Had a panic when I sneezed it fell out and went back to thr dentist, he put some fixodent on it and I was good to go. Very, honest, patient, dentist. However, still being new to dentures and have some worries and questions. Mrs Goatman managed to fit me in and cleared up all my worries and even showed me how to put it in and out and take care of it. Five stars all the way, receptionists are friendly, helpful and kind and both dentists( husband wife), are very good if you are a bit nervous or worried about any dental work. So well-done to you
