Been with this dentist for years, always helpful, friendly and supportive.

Ive been registered at the Cumbernauld practice for years and no one was answering the phone today. Called the Cardonald practice to see if there was any way they could see me. To them it was no issue whatsoever. The staff are lovely and friendly! Straight away got an X-Ray with a diagnosis as well as an emergency root canal to resolve my pain. Offered an appointment for a few days later to look at a plan for the rest of my issues. Ive now asked to be transferred to this practice as Cumbernauld has now massively gone downhill. Took a chance calling today and Ive stumbled upon a belter of a dentist! Cant be more thankful.

Amazing treatment. Lots of patience for nervous clients made me feel at ease. Lisa was also great kept me at ease no issues love comming to the dentist always a good laugh.

I think everyone has their traumatic dentist story, I myself had a bad experience many years back and found I was too scared to return. Years later I had some tooth pain and got the courage to go see the dentist. Let me tell you, you will not find a more kind and patient dental team than the team here. All of the staff are lovely but Lorna and Lisa are especially wonderful, they understood my concerns and nerves and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed. Ive now had two tooth extractions done by Lorna and each time she was very informative, she made jokes to relax me and chatted with me like wed known each-other forever. I cannot thank them enough. Dental work can be traumatic for the patient especially if the team are not equipped with good patient care skills you will not find that here. If youre looking for a dental practice, youll be well taken care of here I assure you. - Maryann

Went in today to have a wisdom tooth removed, I have always been terrified of the dentist was very nervous however Lorna and her team were amazing. The process was so smooth and I was made to feel so comfortable. Cant recommend this dentist enough, so glad I switched to this practice

Had to get dentures fitted and from the reception to the dentist are outstanding phoned yesterday to sort a small problem out and was seen today at 8am cant ask for anything more.makes you feel at ease when you have a dentist phobia. On behalf of Andrew muir.

I have been using this dental surgery for a few years now , I phoned up to make an appointment and was spoken to like a criminal regarding a missed appointment that I PAID for but the receptionist wasn't aware and proceeded to abuse me on the phone with a raised voice telling me I'm blocked to which I had no understanding why , then I recieved a call from after from the manager Lorna , to be treated like this is unacceptable and very unprofessional, I'll be changing dentists ASAP as no one deserves to be treated like this and no apology........

Not great,too busy trying to upsell treatments. Had 2 broken teeth and in pain reception said appointment would be in 1-2 weeks. This is also not my first negative experience there as I went with an issue last year and after going for treatment gave me a check up instead and sent me off. Too busy trying to upsell cosmetic treatments rather than basic dentistry. Iv been with this dental surgery since previous dentist Williamson owned it and even though cosmetically it looks great my personal experiences have been fairly negative unfortunately and I will be switching dentists.

As a carer for a disabled person desperately trying to find a suitable dentist I contacted this practice by email and then by message option on their website. No response whatsoever.

I am so grateful I found this dentist a few years ago, when I came I was in such pain and discomfort, and scared of dentist hence the pain, but when I came to this dentist they put me at such easy and totally understood my fear and talked me through every step. I took my kids out of the dentist they were at and moved them here

If had a fobia from needles and dentist it's me eventually going after 15years and just kept on talking keeping my mind somewhere else before I knew it the jag was given didn't know and my tooth was out in 2 seconds yes 2 seconds didn't even know thanks to tweedsmuir dentist I look forward in going again get all my teeth cleaned took my tibia away I feel awesome thanks

I signed up to EnVisage a couple of weeks ago and just had my first appointment with Craig today. He was very kind and understanding about my previous experiences and dental hygiene which eased my anxiety a lot. I highly recommend this practice as all the staff from the dentists to receptionists are very helpful and friendly to make sure all patients have a good experience.

Just signed up to this dentist and they were more than lovely. All of the staff were very professional and upfront about all the costs. The dentist was super informative and the receptionist was just lovely. Would definitely recommend.

I have been a patient at the practice since I came to Scotland to live and work and have always received excellent service. When Nicola left I was not sure how things would go. I now see Ewan Wilson who is an amazing dentist and a great guy. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment I receive and highly recommend Ewan should you be looking for a dentist. I score him 10 out of 10, to sum up everyone connected with the practice gets 10 out of 10 for creating a great all round experience that I cant recommend more

I am a very nervous patient and Lorna has made getting the work that I need done so much easier. The lovely ladies have made me feel so much more comfortable and calm, they really do an amazing job of making you more relaxed if you are scared of the dentist. Everyone is really friendly and I have been so well looked after. Thank you all again so much! Would highly recommend!
