As always, the staff are super friendly and endeavour to solve all problems promptly. Anthony, my dentist is a God-send - knows how to deal with my Fibromyalgia and explains in clear, concise terms all treatments. I Wouldn't swap him for the world!

Just wanted to say thank you to the receptionists and dentist who saw me today as a new patient. I was worried about coming in (as it had been a while since my last dentist visit) and left feeling so cared for, clearly communicated with, and happy with my treatment. Everyone was friendly, calm and kind with no shame judgement.

Been using them since I was a child missed one appointment called to cancel another staff put it down that a missed appointment Ive just think the staff r rude even the staff whos been there over 20 years n also the young staff

Very rude members of staff, they cancelled my initial appointment, where I was unable to attend due to sickness , which invoked a none disclosed policy of not being able to register with trust due to missing initial appointment.

Horrible client care, unnecessary repeat appointments and when missed, wickedly took me off the list even when ill health prevented me.

I couldn't ask for a better, more efficient, kind and caring dentist than Anthony Quinn at the family dental practice at Redcar

Absolutely disgusting my partner been in pain for 2 days not eating hardly sleeping and taking pain killers every 3-4 hours . Went there yesterday on my partners behalf stright from work to try and get him a emergency appointment and was told no walked out to over hear the Receptionist say why come at this time .called up at 8am this morning no appointments called back again in the afternoon 3 dentist refused to see him he must call 111 Absolutely disgusting his got a appointment in 6days time . No duty of care worst dentist surgery I've know

It took me over a year to get in however it was worth the wait! My dentist is amazing, helpful and extremely efficient. Dr Thillainathan you and your team truly are the best.

Having been a patient here for many years, I am disgusted that the surgery has decided that due to me cancelling on day due to illness they can no longer see me, I'm speechless. So they would rather I come feeling so bad than cancel my appointment. How irresponsible would I be to come there sick and possibly even have covid. They clearly don't care about there patients. Good riddance to them. I won't ever go there again

From a friendly and welcoming reception team to an attentive and approachable dentist, the whole experience was excellent , caring and as always, totally painless. I never have any concerns or worries about appointments. It was almost a pleasure having a root filling removed

A great dental practice. Caroline and the reception team have always fitted me in when I've had emergency issues with fillings and teeth breaking. The dentists have worked hard to solve some complex issues which has sometimes required repeated visits but I'm realistic enough to know that's just how it works sometimes.
