Professional service, great results. Waited 4 months before I wrote a review, now I understand the benefit. Before I put my name down for putting back the few teeth that had been broken and removed over the previous years, I thought I knew what the treatment would be, that turned out to be wrong. So its a bit more than drill a few holes, implants and nice new teeth. It has taken a couple of years, multiple bone grafts to build up the bone for the implants, about 4 months healing time for each. Then the implant drill and fit, healing time and making sure they are secure. Then finally its time for your new teeth and colour. I didnt have any real concerns before starting dental implant treatment, but it was an education, Noel is very thorough, knows his stuff, and makes sure youre informed from the start. Jane and the team give great support throughout. I did expect some pain, but surprisingly very little, and hardly any discomfort at all. You do have to keep up a very high level of higein so you dont get an infection, thats all down to you. If its something you want I would recommend their services. Go and have a chat, its a proper surgical treatment, not a quick fix. Its great having a full set of teeth, didnt realise how much I missed them.

I had an upper molar implant (with bone graft) done by Noel Perkins and his team. The whole process was expertly planned, discussed and executed, start to finish. Plenty of time was allocated both to the appointments and recovery periods in between visits. A special mention to Noels dental nurse, Jane, who took great care of me during the process. I would highly recommend their services.

I've always had excellent care at Green Dental for several years. The routine has been good, and one lost filling (which hurt) replaced promptly. Most recently I've had a wisdom tooth that was beyond restoration removed by Mr Noel Perkins. This was known to be a difficult extraction and I was worried it would need a trip to hospital. Mr Perkins did this excellently as well as reassuring. Explanation and consent were kind, thorough and understandable. The procedure was time consuming but not painful and the after care reassuring with an uneventful recovery again pretty much pain free. My apprehension about this was needless and all the care excellent.

Very professional service from Noel Perkins. I was kept informed of the procedure at all times and the treatment was lengthy but always pain free. Very reassuring Jane the assistant keeping a friendly and calm atmosphere. Very pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Noel to anyone else thinking about implants.

Noel his nurse did a great job on taking out my wisdom tooth plus absess 3 weeks ago. I was very worried beforehand, after not having a tooth out for some time. However, Noel his nurse were both very kind, caring, patient, I felt in very safe capable hands from the start. After explaining everything to me in detail, I had the injections, which were done very carefully, I didnt even feel them. Noel kept checking that I was ok, which I found to be very comforting. I was absolutely fine over the next two weeks, when I went back for my final check up. Noel said everything was healing well, which was a great relief to me. As a result of chipped veneers on 2 front teeth my dentist referred me to Green Dental to explore the options available. I was initially surprised that there was a 250 consultation fee as I had not been made aware of this, However the consultation was very thorough and concerned with my whole mouth and not just the 2 teeth concerned. The available procedures and treatments were explained in detail and total costs were explained. I was given all the time that I required to ask questions and have them answered at length. I chose to have 2 front implants. One year later I am very pleased with my new teeth which almost feel as though they have always been there. Throughout my treatment I was treated with the utmost care by Noel and Jane who did her level best to reassure and calm me at all times, even holding my hand. I am a very anxious dental patient but I completed this treatment without anxiety or pain and I cant thank Noel and Jane enough for making this possible. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone considering dental implant treatment.

Paul Grimshaw and his team were extremely good in putting me at ease straight away, and very professional and caring throughout all my visits. Paul explained each stage in the prodedure up front and what to expect during each visit. I was extremely impressed with his care and attention to detail and, at each stage of the procedure, he both recommended and used techniques to help me deal with any discomfort. This was my first ever dental treatment (a wisdom tooth removal), but Noel made me feel very at ease from start to finish. Before beginning the treatment he took the time to explain the whole tooth extraction procedure, and answer my questions. I hardly felt the anaesthetic injections, and the tooth extraction was entirely pain free and over quickly. Noel made sure to outline and give me a brochure on the appropriate aftercare to support the healing, which was followed up with a phone call the next day. I certainly felt like I was in very safe and caring hands would highly trust Noel for any dental treatments in future!

I have just had two implants done with Paul Grimshaw. From beginning to end I found the whole process done with great care and professionalism. I was given all the options prior to deciding on implants and the whole process was explained with costs in a letter before commencing. I have recently completed a course of treatment with Noel Perkins to replace one front tooth that had an unsuccessful root canal treatment and abscess with a dental implant and the other with a crown and four associated fillings. Prior to my treatment, Noel explained my options clearly and I was confident in my decision to opt for a dental implant. I was also provided with a detailed treatment plan to refer to and budget for. I was certainly apprehensive about the possible pain of the implant procedure, however I felt surprisingly little discomfort during the treatment and the discomfort afterwards was short lived and manageable. I was so impressed that Green Dental contacted me the day after each procedure to check that I was comfortable and grateful to be given direct access to Noel if I needed any advice or reassurance. Although the whole process has taken nearly a year, with obviously some discomfort at times, my treatment has provided me with a more symmetrical smile, the ability to eat food confidently and I am thrilled with the results. I could not recommend Noel and his team more highly, particularly Jane, his dental nurse, who has been a constant source of support, kindness and reassurance. I have been fascinated by Noel's knowledge and passion for excellence and impressive photographic skills. Strange as it may seem, I will actually miss seeing them both and chatting through subjects ranging from the latest in dental technology to the merits of running and Taylor Swift!

I chose Green Dental when referred by my own dentist for implant treatment and was assured of a succesful outcome from the initial consultation with Paul Grimshaw. In all, the process involved three extractions (including two wisdom teeth), bone augmentation and the fitting of two implants, over a period of two years. Paul was very careful and exact in method and execution and shared decisions at all points in the process. Both he amd the dental nurses were perfect in providing the personalised care needed. If truth be told, they were all so brilliant I actually looked forward to each of the many appointments.

I was referred by my regular dentist as I found out later I was a difficult case. As I had lost my tooth over 40 years ago and endured several different plates and bridges it turned out the root was still in my jaw so the removal resulted in the need for bone grafts. Due to the process and my need to travel the whole procedure has taken over a year and Noel has been meticulous at every stage. I was also difficult because I had always had a gap between my front teeth and it was a work of art fitting in the appropriate amount of implants to fit the gap. Ably assisted by Jane, Noel has transformed me and despite my insistence that I didnt want a Hollywood perfect smile I now believe an Oscar could be a possibility. Thanks

I was a little hesitant regarding getting two implants but after meeting Paul Grimshaw and his team I was soon put at ease. Every part of the procedure was extremely well explained and done with a high degree of professionalism. Anyone looking at getting implants would do no better than going and visiting their practice.

From November 2021 to October 2022 I had an existing crown removed and an implant placement including bone augmentation, followed by fitting of final tooth by Noel Perkins, supported by his team. I had no real concerns about the process as the overall duration and treatment stages were clearly explained in documentation provided, and at initial and ongoing treatment visits. I always felt relaxed and comfortable during visits. I also completed the 2No. follow up visits, the final visit being at the end of October 2023. I have had no problems since completion of the treatment. The tooth looks and feels good and final X-Rays by Noel confirmed everything has been successful and looks good below the tooth. I would recommend Noel Perkins to carry out this treatment for others who are considering an implant based on my own experience. I was impressed by the total professionalism of Noel and his teams attention to detail during the treatment. process.

I have had implant treatment (x 3) from Noel Perkins over the last 18 months. His care and attention have been faultless. He takes great trouble to carefully explain what the treatment options are, what he is going to do and how he will do it, how long it will take and what it will cost. I went to see Noel Perkins regarding a broken tooth that had gotten worse over a couple of years. I did get a crown fitted by another dentist but that failed after 14 months. Noel gave me a few options and I opted for an implant. Noel had done considerable work for my wife, and she was pleased with the outcome. I had seen Noel at a different practice many years earlier. I had heard and read many horror stories regarding implants, and I wanted to ensure I used a reputable dentist with plenty of experience. It was not a quick process, but this was to be expected. After the initial extraction I had a treatment that built up the bone in my upper jaw. This took a few months and was not an issue, it was clear after looking at the x-rays that this was a benefit for the treatment to come. The fitting of the post and the new crown tooth over the next twothree treatments was relatively painless. Noel was very precise with his work, and I would recommend him to anyone requiring this type of service.
