Holt House Dental Practice

My wife and I both had appointments with Tafadzwa Mbengeranwa and, as usual, she was brilliant. She put us at our ease, as were both quite nervous of the dentist, and made the whole experience much less stressful as we have endured in the past. We were both informed that we would require a follow up appointment but, because of her chair side manner we are both at ease about the upcoming visit. Tafadwzas nurseassistant (sorry, didnt get her name) also made an effort to keep us engaged and made sure the whole situation was lighthearted, without compromising on professionalism.

I would have given it a five as the Receptionist and the new Dentist I saw were Great but because there is no one to treat anyone on the NHS I can't afford to get my tooth replaced and will have to wait until they get someone.Which could be a long wait.
