Isca Dental and Implant Centre

New crown fitted today with Aliesha, prep work done 2 weeks ago. I'm quite nervous about the dentist but Aliesha always makes you feel relaxed with a lovely friendly manner but is still very professional.

Great service and professional care as always. I had a routine examination with Rob and everything was explained clearly. All the staff are always friendly and polite.

I was incredibly nervous when starting my treatment but aliesha soon settled my nerves, she was very attentive and highly professional so sorry to see her leave

Justin is a fantastic dentist. Cant recommend enough from regular dentistry to cosmetic he is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I now use ISCA for everything.

Reception and consultation staff all very welcoming and friendly. Full discussion of what would happen and why. Only thing not discussed was cost and I forgot to ask - I shall steel myself!!

I was able to receive an appointment to see Ben with in 48 hrs for a fractured tooth. The dentist was thorough and very good. As usual the dental nurses were efficient and pleasant as were the reception staff. The whole place is spotlessly clean. I totally recommend the dental staff. However I find dealing with the practice manager a totally different experience. It took him 5 attempts to send me a copy of the correct invoice that I paid in full as I left the practice, as always. He continued to argue with me over the phone that I owed money from a previous treatment but could not allude to when this was, and I repeatedly said that I always paid my full treatment cost with the reception staff as I left the premises. He then said it was from several years ago........ Further more if he could not send a correct copy invoice of my payment only 20 minutes previously on 5 attempts, it was extremely likely that the charge that had been put on my so called 'account' belonged to someone else, finally after a lot of hassle I was able to demonstrate to him he was wrong. I am sorry to say the practice is no longer the same place since his appointment. Finally I received the correct copy invoice for my treatment. Furthermore I had the same experience with this man six months previously My next visit is due in a few weeks time, if I have the same experience with him again I will for sure register with a different practice, which after being a regular patient at Isca for the past 11 years will be sad.

My family and I are long term patients here. We have always had exemplary, personal service and I have recommended others to register here, all of whom had poor experiences elsewhere but have reported excellent care here. The practice constantly develops and embraces advances in dentistry too. My recent treatment was with a newer dentist Ben Forward, who was excellent. I recommend you try them.

Visited the Hygienist at Isca Medical centre Ben, the hygienist put me at ease and gave excellent advice. Justin is the friendliest, most helpful dentist that I am lucky to be with and I cannot commend him highly enough.

Dentists Aliesha, new Robert, and hygienist Anita are all good. A high turnover of staff here tho which is a shame, and having to fill in the same online forms every time an appointment is looming is a pain.
