Exceptionally Professional and attention to detail. Lucy Dunn was reommended to me and I am so glad ! I can't praise her enough. She is a perfectionist. Chloe is brilliant and professional who works with Lucy . Great team . Highly recommended.

Me and my partner have come here ever since we moved to Blackpool from Birmingham and I just like to say they are great they look after you and the staff are very kind and friendly I'm scared of the dentist but they look after you I had to have a filling today 161024 my dentist was Anika and when she was doing my filling she kept asking me was I ok every so often and th lady who was with her was lovely as well asking me am I ok I was very scared but they made me feel better and they explained everything they was doing. And all the staff were smiling and saying hello to us We highly recommended using the ivory dental care I'm 100 using these all the time both surgeries are the same with the staff

I had an appointment with Miss Gemma Thackray today for an investigation, possibilities to further see a specialist but I can say the specialist was already in the room, professional, experienced and aided by her dental nurse I left feeling I was cared for .Thank you

Can honestly say that I never thought Id enjoy going to a dentist but with Ivory Dental care I really do! Mr Nasir and the rest of the team (special thanks to Ms Mullah and Dental Nurse Louise) are the most caring and compassionate dental professionals Ive known and from bad experiences in the past, its nice to be able to finally enjoy going to the dentist and they have been instrumental in helping me gain confidence with my smile. Ive been here for years since I was a little girl and in my time here Ive been under the care of three dentists which were Howard Hunter as my first one and then Kevin Harrison and now Ive got Louise Caldecott and Ive also got Carrie Dolan as my hygienist and they are all amazing people and very friendly and even the reception staff are lovely too and they are always able to schedule my appointments for me for when Im not in college

I've not been a patient now for a couple of years. However feel I need to leave this review now. I was kicked off the list for missing an appointment and not following up. My daughter was seriously ill and in Manchester children's icu following a bone marrow transplant. She died at 4 months old so I was in no state to deal with this. However when I was ready I contacted the practise and they weren't interested leaving me without a dentist. I'm sure an exception should of been made in this circumstance and had I been a private patient I would have been treated differently. I have been a patient from early childhood and I am a very nervous patient. I've managed to get a place at kingstreet surgery. You should all be ashamed of yourselves

I'm writing this review on behalf of my Nan. She's very happy with the work she's had done on her implants and new set recently, by Monika Jaidka. Also with the work Geoff Readshaw has done in the past since she's been a patient at the practice. She would highly recommend Ivory Dental Care as they're professional, polite, friendly and very welcoming.

I had reason to call Ivory Dental Care 0801 am on the morning of Monday 12th December 2022. I had experienced a very uncomfortable sleep deprived weekend - due to excessive tooth ache.Michelle Natalie processed my enquiry after the telephone rang for less that 30 second's. I fortunately reside very close to the Whitegate Drive Surgery was sitting in the dentists chair being examined by Carrie Katie at 0822 am. The professional attentiveness care displayed by all four members of the Whitegate Team was nothing short of explementary. I have been a patient of Ivory Dental Care for nearly twenty-years can not commend recommend the practice sufficiently to reflect the customer service attention to detail I have enjoyed with totally consistently over this period of longevity. An all round 5 star experience here! Treatment, staff and practice are all together outstanding. I recently had cosmetic treatment completed by Dr Patel who listened and understood exactly what I desired. I was also accommodated for it to be completed just in time for a wedding holiday. So pleased with how I was treated throughout. Thanks Ivory.

Private dentist so quite expensive but lovely staff all very friendly, dentist's are very good explain everything before doing anything,I would definitely recommend this dentist.

Just visited the Ivy for a replacement filling, clean and polish and the service was exceptional. I am a very nervous patient and Kinnari put me completely at ease. I feel like I've had an early Christmas present with this service. Thank you so much, I will be back again and can not recommend enough.

The Staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive at both the Park road and Whitegate drive practise. They take their time in explaining all of the different options in a polite and open way. They are just so friendly. My new dentist Mathew is incredibly professional, skilled and puts me at ease. He has really made me feel great about my smile again. I cannot thank you enough. Exceptional service and a massive well done from me!

cannot thank the staff at Ivory Dental Care enough - my husband WAS petrified but now cannot wait for his visits at to the dentist. Everything from the first phone call was fantastic. After being completely terrified of the dentist and putting it off for too many years, having terrible tooth pain made me have to find a dentist and I am so glad I found Ivory Dental! Matthew, Kerry and everyone at Ivory have been beyond incredible with me even got me through a root canal! Now I am having Invisalign with them too! From being too terrified to even walk in the door to having a countdown in my phone to my next appointment really shows how much a dentist practice can change your experience! Thank you so much, would 100 recommend!
