Not open at time of appointment! I was very disappointed with my recent experience. While I appreciated the convenience of being able to book online, its frustrating that the dental practice was closed at the allotted time for my appointment. I made repeated attempts to buzz reception and even phoned, but I could only leave a message after hearing a recorded voice. This situation was extremely inconvenient and left me questioning the reliability of the booking system."

Brilliant experience at Lilywhite Dental. Dr Kim provided a thorough dental check and was detailed and patient in explaining everything about my teeth health, which made it clear how knowledgeable he is. He has my full trust and would recommend his dental practice and lovely team to everyone.

I recently had a hygiene appointment at Lillywhite and was seen by Hayley, who was fantastic. She thoroughly assessed my oral hygiene habits and provided me with personalised recommendations to improve them going forward. Ill definitely be returning for future visits!

I have been going to Lillywhites dentists for several years. I had my teeth cleaned by G Oh recently and it was the gentlest dental hygiene appointment I have ever had. Teeth beautifully clean and no discomfort at all.

Another dentist advertising NHS, but not taking any new patients, bet they would if I offered to pay private, everything that's wrong in modern Britain,

Came as private emergency and was booked in same day. Reception staff welcoming and friendly. The surgery was very clean. Dr Kaajal and her nurse were highly knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend to everyone.

We recently took our 20 month old son for his first dentist appointment and booked with Lillywhite's on a friend's recommendation. I was pleased to find that the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and knew exactly how to handle a young patient who was nervous in a new space. This was hugely reassuring to us as parents! The best dentist Ive ever been into. The care Ellie Barrass showed my children was incredible, we recently joined after a move to the area and a bad experience at our previous practice. The receptionist on the desk is wonderful, so friendly, warm and welcoming. Dentists can be a place people dread but I actually cannot wait to go back! Thankyou so much for our wonderful experience today!

What a wonderful practice and team! I had the pleasure of having Elli as my dentist today, she explained everything to me in detail and made me feel completely at ease. The reception staff are also wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. I will be recommending this practice to all my friends and family!

I have a terrible fear of going to the dentist, but I have to say that I have found the perfect dentist, Krishan, he is so lovely, caring and gentle, dental nurse Ana who saw how nervous I was and was so reassuring all the way through my treatment and receptionist Meena who always greets you with a genuine smile puts you are ease ). They are all amazing!! They explained everything, what was going to happen, accommodated my fear of lying back in the chair and helped me to take it at my own pace whilst they were working. They are simply the best! I cannot recommend them any higher and if I could give them 10 stars I would do. I wish that I had found them years ago!!

I needed an urgent appointment as I had severe pain - I was offered an emergency appointment with Dr Patel - Dr Patel was very clear in her explanation of the issues and the treatment required- Dr Patel was very reassuring and thorough and considerate in her treatment-Amina who arranged the appointment was very helpful and I would thoroughly recommend Lillywhites

A lot of dentists do excellent dental treatment - These guys do that AND go above and beyond. In my case, I was struggling to get childcare for my baby, so the reception staff said they would take care of him during my appointment! Also, I am not sure if it was intentional but I was treated in a room at the far end, and with music playing. This was appreciated because hearing my baby cry when I couldn't move, would have been more stressful than the dental treatment... ! If they hadnt have done this, can you imagine having toothache as well as sleep deprivation etc and looking after a baby? These guys helped out beyond their job descriptions, understanding the situation and finding a way to get treatment done quickly and comfortably. Compassionate Elli did a great quality job on my teeth, and Belinda and Amina handed me back a happy baby. Outstanding.

A fantastic dental practice with the kindest staff. I had to have two new crowns, whitening and a root canal and I cannot fault a thing. I have always had a nervousness around going to the dentist but Kaajal was fantastic in making me feel comfortable and has done an unbelievable job. I have already had people commenting on how good my teeth now look and have even noticed myself in photos etc. I will be now always be going to Kaajal for any dentistry work and could not recommend her work and professionalism high enough. 5 stars is not enough!
