Llanedeyrn Dental Practice

Ive had Dr rose as my dental practitioner for the past couple of years, shes brilliant! I dont go to anyone else, shes caring, very patient and reassuring very friendly, always having a laugh with her, I couldnt ask for a better practitioner, Im always feeling over the moon when I leave . She has done my whitening Invisaligns composite bonding And a lot more the list could go on, my children also see her and they feel the same way about her Thankyou always rose ( dont ever leave )

Not great since been taken over

The receptionist is very rude and I clearly smell instituitional xenophobia. She cannot answer a simple question I asked (rather not willing to). I heard only good about the dentists working there but the rest of the staff brings down the reputation of the surgery. I'll take my money somewhere else

Terrible practice, loyalty means nothing. Admittedly I missed 2 appointments due to personal circumstances (family death and mental health) have been a member for over 25 years, recieved no warning, just a letter "2 strikes and you're out" policy. Considering I was a patient before new management I was not notified of the change. Typical house conversion dentist, which is very small, pokey and loud, thin ceiling and walls (you can hear other dentists talk about patients) "Shoena" or whatever her name is at front desk you may have done your job for a very long time, but just because you have, doesn't mean you automatically get to be patronising towards people and condescending... I find that particular receptionist very hot or cold. Some of my appointments she will be lovely, welcoming and talk for longer than ever needed. Other times she has been quite short and dismissive, like as if she's in a bad mood. She needs to be consistent as never sure if she will be in a good or bad mood which affects service given. Dentists themselves are lovely and helpful.

After years of no dentists taking me on because of a jaw condition I have, I was over the moon when Ali at Llanedeyrn Dental Practice took me on. I have a very limited mouth opening but Ali has always been patient with me and despite the difficulties he has carried out a extractions, fillings and so on. Ali has also given me lots of advice to help my TMJD. I cannot thank Ali and the rest of the team enough. As well as the above, Ali and his team are also fantastic with my little boy who is Autistic. My son enters the surgery with 0 anxiety and is always full of smiles during and afterwards. Thank you all!

My daughter had an emergency appointment arranged by the out of hours dental team due to fracturing a tooth whilst on holiday. From the waiting room to the dental surgery, the staff were friendly, welcoming and kind. Dr Adrian was brilliant with my nervous teenager. He immediately put her at ease and treated her with kindness and respect. He listened to our concerns, discussed treatment options and reassured myself and my daughter throughout the appointment. I cannot thank them enough for squeezing her in for an emergency appointment and highly recommend the practice.

I moved to Cardiff this year, visited multiple dentists and didn't feel good about any of them until I met Ali and the team. I Highly recommend Llanedeyrn.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Adrian Prince at Llanedeyrn Dental Practice. He's an excellent dentist who not only works efficiently but is also gentle and friendly. Recently, he performed a tricky amalgam filling on one of my teeth that was at risk of failing and needing to be tooth removed. Thanks to his expertise, the procedure was a success, and he saved my tooth. Throughout the process, I felt comfortable and experienced minimal discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Prince and Llanedeyrn Dental Practice for any dental needs.

Great practice! I have had a problem with a filling falling out today and was concerned regarding infection. Shona was so brilliant on the telephone explaining to me what the position is and fitted me in for a temporary procedure on Friday. Thank you Shona for giving me peace of mind

I had the best dental appointment today in my life. Extremely professional, emphatic and caring staff. Special thanks to dr. Webber and Tanja who are just amazing! They made me feel like home, explained every step, so I didnt have to worry. I ended up closing my eyes and enjoying the treatment just like I was on a beach! Huge thank you and Best Wishes!

Had a tooth taken out today and just wanted to say how Amazing Dr.Webber and his dental nurse were - really reassuring and made me feel so comfortable and had a propper laugh with me... no pain at all and easiest quickest tooth extraction ever! Propper lovely staff - can't thank them enough!! (Dr.W. google 'ginger people anesthetic' - i was right )
