The worst dentist,if I can give - star I will . Because of their incompetence I have sturgle pain , not possible to talk,eat for a months. On the end I have to do treatment in back home otherwise I will end up with sepsis in hospital. Staff is extremely rude , dentist from surgery nr3 is taking easy people with pain and she recommends straight away roote canal. They don't know even what antibiotics need to be given for a strong tooth infection. unfortunately I am not able to make the court for their negligence as I had all treatment done in back home and my tooth what she mentioned " pain is not dental related" has been extracted as there was no way to recover it. !!! Awoid at any cost !!!!!!!

Immediately looking for another dentist. Everytime I've needed a filling he did the worst job imaginable and I had to go back the next day to get it fixed again. It's like the don't care about you if you're NHS. I asked another dentist about a filling they've given me and he basically said he's seen better jobs in third world countries.

so I signed my daughter up two years ago and we had been going regularly until the second appointment the first one was very brief which I was not expecting as i would assume they have a lot to check but no just did an X-ray and just told her to brush her teeth i came again expecting something different but no same exact thing as they said last time they didnt even clean her teeth they say they take nhs patients but wont take my daughter for braces

First time going to this dentist and as a nervous patient I felt at ease. Reception staff are lovely and the 2 dentist I had were amazing, both women put me at ease throughout my check up. If you are an anxious patient this dental practice is for you! 1010 recommend!

I've had a few dentists over the years and by far these are the best. Had my fillings redone and there wasn't any discomfort at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with MN dental practice. After visiting for a check up, they refused to provide any treatment or book a follow-up appointment, leaving me in a difficult situation. The staff were unhelpful and simply told me to look for another clinic without offering any explanation or assistance. I felt dismissed and disrespected.

I can only say "wow, thank you" the lady dentist I been too now twice has been brilliant. I will never go to another dental surgery again.

This practice is incredible and so pleased that I switched to them Reception are extremely helpful and friendly and took the trouble to fit me in with a cancellation just 2 days after my first check up! As for my dentist Dr Gabby what an absolute star -She was unbelievably attentive ,explained all issues clearly and in great detail and when it came to extracting two teeth I felt nothing ,it was so professionally done .Like most people I am not a great fan of dentistry but her treatment along with her assistant was outstanding. Cost wise ,I could not believe how little the treatment cost in comparison to my previous practice who forced me to go private and in fact they offered inferior service in my view, for the sake of profit! If anyone is looking for an outstanding practice please sign on with M and N !!! So pleased I did along with my wife !!!!

Disgusted with how I was treated by the male receptionist over the phone. The first thing he said to me was I could be refused treatment if I missed another appointment. I explained that I didn't make any appointment. The date he gave me I was abroad working for 4 months so impossible. He then went on to say the computer doesn't make mistakes and I was wrong, cutting me off every time I would try and speak. What they did was give me an automatic 6 month appointment. Which I never made myself or confirmed by phone. Over 15 years and spending thousands with them I was completely mugged off made to act foolishly and out of character. I've now been refused appointments by this receptionist. Very upset with how I was treated.

Terrible customer service by receptionist. I was placed on hold for less than a minute before being hung up on. Then when I called back, before I could even finish my sentence I was interrupted by whomever answered (didnt even provide their name) telling me I need a form before anything. If this is how the receptionists act, I cant imagine how bullish their dentists may be

Very good expirence. After registration I managed to get an appointment within 24h. Whole team is really professional and helpfull. Dentist recommended visit with the hygenist which is located in the same building - appointment booked for next day. I am really happy from all the services provided and will definitely recommend

I would like to appreciate Bahara in surgery 3 for all her care and skill while caring for me for the past few years. Shes always polite and gentle and I am thankful for all her hard work on my teeth. Thanks also to the dental nurses and reception staff as they are always helpful and kind.

I have been a patient for 2 years, had fillings, crown done and a wisdom tooth removed. I always had a good service and no problems. Good dentist.

worst dentist I spent 130 pounds on a filling, I had to do several teeth, the fillings fell out, revealing poorly cleaned decay, not in one tooth, I do not recommend, huge waste of time and money

Visited this dentist in June and July after daughter advised taking on NHS patients. Wish I never bothered. The dental treatments I received were fine, no complaints with that at all. What I do find shady is...I asked for a receipt for the dental work, was told that this would cost 10 as I asked for the receipt to be emailed but all written receipts are free. I asked for a written receipt so I could collect, since then all my email for a receipt have been ignored. Not asking for special treatment or anything above and beyond. Just a simple receipt for the work carried out.

Great dentists, fast registration and fast appointment time.

A very good dental clinic with lots of dentists and very professional staff I have been attending regularly for two years and I am always served by Gabi and Natalia, they are extremely professional, kind and always give professional advice I recommend this clinic!!
