Miller and Isaacs

Long time patients with children on NHS and really happy with all treatments that Miller and Isaacs provide. Alistair is our dentist and he is lovely, very kind and sympathetic, professional and always friendly. I wanted to let everyone know how good this dentist is given all the silly negative reviews recently posted.

Just joined the practice and had my first treatment. All I can say is the service from start to finish was impeccable. Friendly and professional.

Disgusting service! Patients removed (children) from their system so that they can call you in privately for money. My son was registered through NHS with them and suddenly they smiled at us and told us " sorry we removed him because of -blahblahblah" but we are happy to see him if you pay, and this is how much will cost..." If you can't treat NHS patients then don't treat ANY NHS patients not just some, this is discrimination and racism! Shame on yourselves!

Removing NHS children from their system and then offering private services against cost. I do not support this kind of attitude and you should not obey to their practices.

Absolute joke! Had my son registered with them and they now removed him from their system and pushing to go private and asked us to pay. Have 2 children, one of them still registered! Avoid playing their card and find a decent and respectful dentist!

Rude and incompetent dentist experience Multiple reasons to avoid this dentist from my painful experience 1. 2 x fillings which cost 350 resulting in pain that wont go, when I had zero pain before. 2. Receptionists who cant work a calendar hence booking me in on a day Im never in the county, then blaming me for turning up on the day I previously agreed over the phone. 3. The crazy phone rant I received after I did miss one appointment (ill and slept through it, my fault) to get him to fix the pain he caused. I endured a dentist calling me a liar, a time waster and swearing at me, when the tooth is damaged due to his incompetency. No apology. All my fault. Would I trust this man to professionally fix his error, not a chance, so Im paying more for a proper dentist. He even took great umbrage at me questioning his skills and claimed I was the first person to ever complain about his work! Forgetting my wife had a similar experience of nerve pain after his filling 18 months ago and still suffering after 3 return visits, who warned me not to use him, more fool me! Save yourself the pain in your mouth and your ear when you get him trying to phone you and shout down the phone in a tantrum. Just pick a higher rated dentist like I should have done first time. Most local dentists have more than 9 reviews so do your homework. I await the ongoing defensive and accusatory reply.

My son and I both joined the practice recently. Brilliant communication from the reception and the dentist was very informative and great when communicating with my 6 year old. Highly recommended and I'm looking forward to my hygiene appointment.

Just had a emergency appointment today with Dr issac, and i can't praise them enough, the covid precautions in there are outstanding. U enter a one way system through the back entrance and the nurse takes your temperature and asks if u feel well. Everything is covered in plastic and I felt really safe. The staff are doing a great job to keep people safe x

I chose this dentist after having issues with a previous 1. I managed to get a emergency appointment the next day I saw Dr Isaacs and was reassured he would make everything right for me and true to his word he did excellent service thankyou

Great dentist.. I'm petrified but they made me at ease and removed my wisdom tooth that's been causing me problems for years. I felt nothing. Cannot recommend enough expecially if you are nervous
