Excellent dental surgery, friendly receptionist and caring dentists.

Ive been with MyDentist in Coulsdon since 2023 and I have found that Jo, the receptionist is absolutely superb. I had a hiccup with a previous dentist but now she has left, I have Dr Arti Muley, who is excellent and whom I much prefer. The dental nurse is also lovely. Im glad Ive finally found a dentist that I feel comfortable with.

I have been using mydentist Coulsdon for years and thought it was about time to leave a review. From my own personal experience i have always been treated professionally and with care by all of the team at mydentist Coulsdon and would recommend anybody requiring Dental treatment to contact this Dental practice, Jo on reception is always happy to help.

I have been coming to this dentists for a few years now and honestly I am super happy with them. I have been to a few dentists in my lifetime and I will say it is very hard to find one that you trust. I completely trust Arti to help me look after my teeth and follow her advice as much as I can, she is a superstar and is lovely. Jo the receptionist is absolutely lovely as well and is always proactive about sorting my next appointment and getting me in when needed. I have always managed to get appointments and even emergency appointments when needed. Today I went in for my regular 6 months checkup and clean, got a filling as well and all sorted within 20-ish mins. Super happy customer here

No complaints whatsoever. Jo on reception is always courteous, efficient and keeps you informed by text of future appointments. I have just completed a course of treatment over a period of several weeks with Dr Naazish Alam and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Another dentist that prioratises paying customers I'm disabled and tried joining this dentist for months no NHS customer only private as keep hearing same thing month after month we met are capacity for NHS patients but if you pay privately we can fit you in of course

I've been going here for years and had to have my first two fillings today. I naturally was a bit nervous about getting it done. While I was having my teeth drilled into, the dentist and assistant were having a full conversation about how they were not feeling their best today and were not having a good week as theyve got a lot of bad things going on and were laughing about a tool not working properly. This was all while my teeth were getting drilled into. To be the be a patient laying in the chair in pain feeling very anxious as I did the filling without any numbing injection while hearing that conversation, it made me feel even more stressed. I dont think its fair or respectful when working on a patient to have a conversation about that. I honestly felt like they didnt care that I was in the room while they were venting about how theyre not doing their best today. When putting your trust into your dentist to do a filling, the last thing youd want to hear is a conversation like that. I really hope this experience doesnt happen to anyone else. My other experiences for normal checkups have been fine but I felt that it was important to share this honest feedback.

Always been extremely helpful. Jo on reception always smiling and greats people with a warm welcome. Dentist brilliant and put my son at ease. He has never been keen on the dentist but this team have changed that.

I am extremely disappointed with this dental clinic. I was not notified of any appointment cancellations, yet they claimed to have sent a text message which I never received. Initially, I thought it might be a network issue, but this happened to my husband on two separate occasions as well, despite him taking time off work for these appointments. The receptionist was careless and showed a lack of empathy. On my second visit, they incorrectly stated the treatment, leading to higher charges from my insurance. It was supposed to be a simple teeth cleaning, but they billed it as Periodontal Care 30min. Periodontal cleaning is meant to stop disease progression, but I only received a quick check and cleaning that lasted 15 minutes. I am very disappointed with this clinic and will not be returning.

Excellent dentists. Jo, the receptionist is a star, just what a receptionist ought to be, very good at what she does and with a smile. My dentist, Miss Arti Muley, was gentle, kind and put me at rest by explaining what she was going to do before she started. About as good as it gets.

I've been with My Dentist for Many years now ,and would like to say a Big Thankyou, to Jo on reception who Always goes above and beyond to provide appointments, and super kind thoughtful personality is very much appreciated, There are so many Occa when Jo has provided help and support ,,I was always happy with David ,and have always had a massive fear of going to the Den ,so when David left ,l was very nervous about getting a new Dentist, but needn't have Worried as Arti is Superb too ,I had an emergency a couple of days ago and Jo said come straight down ,and a Dentist l hadnt met before offered a brilliant Solution ,and made me an appointment later that afternoon even though she was very busy ..This Dentist is Sammi ,I would highly recommend this My Dentist ..Great team especially Debbie the Dental nurse ,who Always takes away any fear ,Thankyou my Dentist

Rushed service and we pay privately, Had white filling put in which was over 500 and they all came out during the same week and week after. Not a good service at all. Wont be returning!

An emergency appointment the same day. Sadly my broken tooth couldnt be saved as it was root filled i was rrferred to the surbiton branch for extraction. At all stages my pain condition was paramount and the dentist, nurse receptionist all did everything they could to help. This is great dentist and as a nervous patient i trust them and my treatment plans fully. Wouldnt hesitate recommending.
