Having been a customer of this practice for over 20 years I probably should have posted a review before now, but this morning's visit has prompted me to get it done! David Fairclough is the best dentist ever, but the combination of David with Laura as his assistant is an experience that really they should charge extra for. They are like a comic double act and it's great for getting rid of anxiety - it's hard to stay anxious whilst listening to them!

Trying to speak to the receptionist is a task within its self, cant even get half way through a sentence without being talked over and spoken to as if Im stupid with her patronising tone. Wouldnt even wasting your time calling them. Obviously need better telephone etiquette training.
