Was seen by Sunitha today for treatments on 2 of my teeth. Having had such bad experiences in the past at another dentist, I felt a little apprehensive! No worries there as my treatment from start to finish was excellent, even having to have an injection for one of the fillings. Thank you very much Sunitha, excellent treatment

Had the most positive of experiences I have ever had at the dentist! I hadnt been to the dentist for a long time, and never did Sunitha or the lovely dental nurses ever make me feel ashamed or embarrassed. They also let me play music through my headphones when I was anxious during the procedure. Sunitha always said to me she wants her patients to feel comfortable and feel as little pain as possible. During my appointments she explained what was goingwhat needed to be done etc. in a clear, and understanding way. If youre nervous about going to the dentist due to bad experiences, or if you havent been in a while, please, go to Sunitha and the lovely team! They work so hard and immediately put you at ease. Thank you all!

My husband was an nhs patient with you had been waiting since before Covid as his appointment was cancelled during Covid. I called numerous times to rebook and was continuously advised to call back as no dentist check ups available due to only having one dentist. I finally managed to book one when I called at the beginning of 2024 for Oct 24! This was then cancelled just before the appointment. It was re-booked and he paid 91 for a check up and X-ray as they were now only taking private pts. He was advised hed need an app for two fillings, this couldnt be booked with the dentist hed seen as he was fully booked and leaving in January. I called the next day and the receptionist said hed need to pay again for another check up with a different dentist (to say the same thing) as she cant go by what the dentist had advised?! (Crazy that the dentist wont take what another dentist at the same practice advises) A way to make more money I suppose. In the end she booked an emergency appointment with a different dentist and took 150 over the phone saying hed have both fillings done today 131224. My husband drove from Barnstaple to braunton only to be told today, it is illegal for the other dentist to see him as he has seen someone else?? Why book it in the first place then? and it wont be done today! He is now booked with the original dentist on his last day in January 2025, finger crossed this wont be cancelled! Extremely disappointing service!

Absolutely fantastic I phoned in the morning and they gave me an appointment for the same day I was in agony and Claudia was great she pulled my tooth absolutely painless I would definitely recommend going here they was amazing thank you so much x

I joined my dentist in January 2021. They have a wonderful reception team that work hard and have always been so helpful and polite. I have been seen by two dentists, both of which have given amazing dental care and advice, and done everything they can to help. Would recommend to anyone!

Joined the practice after leaving another and found everything was very straight forward very clear and explained everything, advising and carryinmg out checks i have never had before , very through , a feat experiance this time, no more dreading what might happen.

NHS dental care under Christina has been fantastic. However, she has been single handed for years and we've learnt today that the practice is stopping NHS treatment as she is leaving on the 28th February. None of the Practice's NHS patients have been told that their care will now stop, no communication no nothing. Appalling situation for the people of North Devon.

I joined as a NHS patient in 2019, Covid came and I was seen once more during this time then followed a 2 year wait with many calls asking for a follow up only to be told to call back. When I called back last year I was told they were no longer dealing with NHS patients and I could only be seen there privately, needless to say I refused.

Disappointed. ...registered before Covid as NhS patient.. had couple of visits ....waited throughout Covid to get teeth checked then received letters saying time to book my visit....rang up and found no long doing NHS as dentist had left. Waited six months as they said they were replacing....they didn't so now have to go private to get teeth fixed and I have gone elsewhere as would rather money went to others than this dental practice..... Very poor show and fed up with all the excuses they give. Ps take banner off your webpage saying NHS 'False Advertising'

Very disappointed, I've had to go private through no fault of my own due this practice messing me around for years and when I did get an appointment and paid 49 deposit, which I don't mind doing if I'm seen, the appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before by text message and their next available appointment was 5 months later

have stopped treating NHS, gave no notice of stopping this servce, seems to have gone private, i have been waiting over six weeks to make appointment and told this today, would not recommend this practice

was a bit anxious going into a new dentistry but felt very relaxed and reassured after speaking with dental nurse Verity and Dentist Christina, Didn't feel rushed and took time and care. would recommend definitely.
