My dentist left unfortunately in September. When I enquired about an appointment, in December I was told to phone back in March (that wasnt for an appointment) that was only to find out when a dentist, maybe starting. If I have any problems then I was told I needed to phone 111. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they'd left too and given a generic email address. Am very annoyed as my daughter had been told she needed treatment over a year ago absolutely nothing was done at the time despite repeated requests from myself and now the dentist has left, I was offered no help at all when this was explained to staff, just told to phone back in March or go private. So I've left and found another dentist who has already referred her to a specialist.

Friendly staff, great dentist. Ive just had flexible dentures could not be happier. Thank you.

Always friendly, polite and efficient service from start to finish

Went for a consultation and scan for braces which they charged for. Wanted to go ahead, text the dentist Irena as had heard nothing. Got a a call from reception, they said so you want to go ahead I said id already told Irena I did. Was toldIrena would be in touch, heard nothing, contacted her, she said speak to reception about finance, left 2 messages and an email for them to contact me, nothing, I call them and they say they have to speak to Irena about finance. Think they just make money off the consultations and aren't interested in actually treating anyone. Was hung up on by Jamie on reception when asking when Irena was next in. Have emailed the practice manager but I'm sure nothing will come of it. Also my initial appointment (which I had to wait 6 weeks for) was cancelled due to unforseen circumstances which turned out to be a holiday the dentist had booked after I'd booked my appointment, they didn't call me to re arrange, sent a text saying I had to ring them. Best to avoid in my opinion, poor communication and no people skills. Other dentists don't charge for clear correct consultations so save your money and sanity!

I have been with this dental practice for a number of years and I have always received very good treatment in a professional manner. The staff are always very professional and kind. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs dental care

Always a friendly and professional atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble. Appointments are always on time. Tomaz is my dentist and hes extremely patient with me has he knows I have a phobia about dentists.

Having been going to this dentist for over 30 years, I have been de-registerd as a NHS patient and informed i have to go private as they are not taking on NHS patients. I proceeded with a checkup on a private basis and subsequently advised work was required. The quote to complete this on a private basis is considerable compaired to the NHS cost. How can the practice firstly de-register a long standing customer and secondly happliy take my money as a private cusomer but couldn't possibly fit me in as an NHS patient!

Made to feel at ease from the off. My treatment was explained and my concernsquestions where answered fully. Caring and respectful service. Thanks again!

If you could call going to the dentist a pleasurable experience then today's visit was just that From walking in litterly shaking to meeting the lovely lady dentist (sorry didn't catch her name) who had such a lovely caring attitude to tooth removal all 5 star

A recent change in reception staff hasnt lessened the great service,,NHS and private patients go here,,and the Dentists are Good,,NHS prices are good ,,private i carnt comment,, as i keep my appointment i keep the NHS price ,, its a clean well presented,,well communicated surgery,,so its smile time
