Fantastic staff I was really nervous about coming to the dentist as its been a long fear of mine, but the staff were so friendly and supportive that I neednt have worried! The treatment coordinator was great at breaking down costs and helping me find an affordable way to have my treatment (especially as a student!). Very pleased with my experience

I needed an emergency appointment was seen on the same day. The receptionists were friendly very helpful. The dentist the nurse were excellent. My problem was identified treatment was carried out there then. The dentist took great care to not cause pain during the extraction, all went well. I was given very clear concise instructions re. aftercare, I'm healing well. After my positive experience, I can highly recommend this practice. Thank you.

Scam! I was told I needed fillings, supposedly to prevent problems later on down the line.... yeah right. They charge a fortune to create problems so they can charge even more later. Ever since I've had them done a couple months ago, it's made it uncomfortable to eat and has caused my teeth to become sensitive. Problems I've never had before.

Ive recently started ClearCorrect treatment with Kinisha and Georgia and Im very impressed. The whole journey has been a delight and Im so confident in their work. The whole practice team are so helpful and informative. Also, having family who work in the dental industry, I understand the decision to transition to private and support them. Id rather pay to see a dentist than have no dentist at all.

Be really careful. All private now which is fine. They texted me to cancel a Hygiene Appointment 3 hours before it was due. No call. I tried 3 times to call them to say the next day's dentist would also need to be postponed as the Hygiene had to come first - couldn't get through 5 or 6 people in the queue, so, I did the same to them as they did to me and text them. Today I had a call, to ask me to find another dentist and inform me that the prepaid appointments for the dentist had all been charged for non attendance. Double standards, bank involved for a refund. (They won't even refund the Hygiene appointment that they cancelled!!l

Been suffering with wisdom tooth pain over the weekend. Had a lovely calm experience in the chair with Dr Rodriguez and her nurse Ellie. I am a nervous patient and found it a stress free experience. Had antibiotics for an infection and a follow up booked in to see about a referral for extraction.

Thank you to all the staff whom I saw yesterday during my appointment with Dr Stanislava Hristozova. Very friendly and supportive. Sorry I didn't get all your names to say how brilliant you were with a nervous patient, but I do appreciate the support and care you gave me during my visit.

Always lovely to see the staff here because they are delightful. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I'm always greeted with a smile. A good start in my book! Then, the dentist l always see and her assistant.....faultless! Everything is explained well before any treatment. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough xxx

Booked an emergency appointment through 111, got an appointment for the next day, they fixed my filling and filled a different tooth that would have caused pain in the future. It was completely pain free really happy with my 2 fillings! Thankyou amazing

Fab experience for me my daughter. We havent been to a dentist in over 7 years (waiting for NHS in a different county) worth registering with this practice though, prompt, helpful and reasonably priced (comparatively speaking)

I'm so happy with My dentist, I'm disabled and have some medical problems but the whole experience from the start finish has been amazing, Not only the excellent work but the polite and helpful Receptionist booking and reminding me of my appointment's, I lost most of my teeth from chemotherapy and I stopped smiling altogether and hid my mouth when talking to people, Now with my new teeth I feel so confident. I can't say thank you enough

As someone who is very nervous about going to the dentist I can't praise the staff enough for putting me at ease today. Kenisha is so lovely and patient and accommodating. Her Dental nurse was also lovely putting me at ease straight away with her chat. And the male receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I came away feeling relaxed and not dreading the next visit.

Ive been with this dentist many years and although the dentists do change I have found them all to be great. I had a tooth distraction recently and was made to feel at ease and process seemed simple. They also kept me on a cancellation list and I got in 4 weeks earlier than expected. I dont understand the poor reviews regarding reception staff, they are always so friendly!

My dentist is one of, if not the the best dentist practices I've been to and would highly recommend. Harmanjeet Singh is the best honestly, great humour to ease my nerves and amazing at his job. Brilliant at applying anastetic, so polite, he is an absolute gentleman. Top marks for a top dentist. Thank you again.

They have cancelled many appointments of mine and my children at last minute,my children haven't been able to see a dentist in over 2 years, even their latest appointments were cancelled. I have a broken tooth now but was told they only want to see the private patients, the law says they have to give you notice if they no longer want to treat NHS patients, ( I have received no notice) the law says they also have to make sure you're teeth are in good order with no issues before they can give this notice period too, (they won't see me to assess whether my teeth are in good order ). My dentist are breaking the law.
