Newport Dental Care

I have to say my husband,and I were absolutely, so happy with the treatment,we recieved,Steve was so helpful,and gave great,advice for what we needed.My husband needed new dentures, Steve advised the correct teeth that was needed.My husband wanted the best ones available , believe me he had them, they look fabulous, and he thinks he is the man !!!!! Also I had my false teeth relined ,I was also very pleased no more using dental for top teeth, bottom yes.But that is Me ,Not The dental Practice,We100 Recommend Steve and company for this practice It will change your life and LOOKS. JOHN ,also was so helpful,with his calm ,unassuming way was a great comfort for us,and really calmed ,us when taking implants etc What a lovely Dentist.If anyone needs new dentures this is the place to go.2 satisfied clients.

I was here on the 211124 to get a tooth out and can honestly say they were very nice and the dentist I saw was absolutely brilliant and very nice it was an emergency appointment as I dont have a regular dentist and was still treated very well so thank you so much

Apparently private patients go first, no one gives a f if youve been waiting for 45 minutes. They have time to take in patients coming in later before you. Avoid if youre having your teeth done on nhs. Waste of time.

Was seen to very quickly for toothache and had the tooth removed after the dentist explained all other alternatives. The dentist answered all my question and made the whole thing very easy.

Absolutely fantastic service at this dental surgery. The receptionist I think her name was Deb was absolutely lovely really kind. I seen dentist Ben Payne for an emergency appointment and I couldnt fault him at all. After being terrified of the dentist for so many years I had my tooth removed with no issue at all. Very understanding made me feel at complete ease. Also he had two lovely young ladies assisting him during this procedure they were fabulous very caring nothing was too much for them. A massive thank you to the staff I seen yesterday at this practice!

I was sent here for an emergency appointment and after the service I received, I wish I could move there. The dentist I saw was so understanding, professional and friendly. I wish I could give her 10 stars!

I have been at this practice for the last 20 years.Dr Gerrish is amazing as I have a phobia of dentists, she makes me feel at ease everytime I visit.. I won't see anyone apart from from her .

Ben Payne is heavy handed and will cause unnecessary pain during any procedures also the reception team need to develop customer service skills , Im sure they are great for others just not for me or my family previous dentists at this facility have been great no problems, me and my family have been a customer over ten years .

I've had excellent treatment every time I've been and the staff are really kind and friendly. They've fitted me in whenever I've had an emergency and I'd highly recommend them.

We are very grateful to Newport Dental Care and the wonderful specialists Ben Payne and Rachel Arnold for treating our daughter's teeth. The doctors and nurses were very attentive and professional. Thank you very much.
