Theres a good reason this place is rated so highly! As a neurodivergent person, I find the dentist very overwhelming and intense (for a lot of different reasons) Every person I interacted with was friendly, kind and helpful. In particular my dentist, Monica, was extremely empathetic wonderful and patient with me. I would 100 recommend her to anyone who is intimidated, nervous or otherwise stressed by the prospect of going to the dentist. I wish all medical professionals had her approach!

They don't reply to emails or phone calls. Very rude reception staff but good Dentists when you finally get to see one.

Poor service as appointments made well in advance repeatedly cancelled with no alternatives offered within a reasonable timeframe. Very frustrating

One of the best dentists I've ever been to. The dentist I saw explained everything regarding my teeth thoroughly. Highly recommended this dental practice.

went here a while back as had some issues with bleeding gums, the dentist diagnosed me with ANUG a very serious gum problem, also said I needed a filling in one of my front teeth. Went elsewhere to have a full check up including x rays and they said there was no signs of a filling being needed and my gums where inflamed but defiantly did not have a serious gum disease issue, just needed to brush better! Avoid this place as they diagnose you wrong.

Ended up visiting here for an emergency NHS appointment after breaking a tooth, after that experience I decided to come back for a full checkup after many years of being terrified of the dentist. Since then I have been seen by Davinia who has been the most welcoming and friendly dentist I have ever dealt with. She explains everything to me before doing anything (even taking pictures and showing me so I can understand!), is completely understanding of my fear of the dentists and always ends up being able to make me laugh! I really feel like the team here genuinely care and want the best for you. I was shocked when I looked at my previously broken tooth and couldn't even see where the fix was, so well done!

Phone is always engaged, never respond to emails or voicemails. No way to book appointments online.

The only place I have ever reviewed that have followed up by genuinely listening, fixing the issue, and just all round caring both for their patient and their business. not only that but fixing the issue in the same day. Very impressive and I highly recommend.

I joined Norfolk Square Dental as a private patient to get a second opinion on what turned out to be a failed root canal from my NHS dentist at another dental practice nearby after they had advised my my tooth might need extracting. I had an appointment with William, who was really friendly and helpful. He ran some x-rays and saw that my original root canal hadn't been fully completed. I was then referred to Davinia who is the root canal specialist and she is just phenomenal. Her attention to detail in unbelievable and she is very skilled at her work. She manages to lighten the room and make you laugh, even whilst undergoing something as unpleasant as a root canal (for the second time in my case). She completed the root canal and saved the rest of my tooth, took casts and a few weeks later fitted my crown, and advised me on tooth whitening which I had after all my root canal work was finished. Davinia was absolutely incredible the whole way through. My teeth look and feel better than ever thanks to the wonderful team here.

Staff have always been friendly and timekeeping has been great. Still a dentist though, can't say I enjoy going lol!
