Park Place Dental Practice

Recently had a filling done by Madeleine Ball. They made an absolute fantastic job of it, real attention to detail. Madeleine, and the team are all super friendly and made me feel super at ease.

My experience at the practice was excellent from start to finish, I came in to have a chipped filling replaced, Jasmine and Shelley on reception were great, so friendly! Madge and Lauren were amazing and did a great job on my filling, Kate and Heather were also very friendly and my experience was great all around, would highly recommend

I had avoided the dentist for almost 15 years due to a deep rooted fear, caused by a previous dentist. Id chipped a tooth a few years back and hated my smile. Finally toothache forced me to make an appointment, I searched online and found the reviews for Park Place very positive. I took the plunge and made my initial appointment. I am so glad I did, all the staff are really welcoming and I cannot recommend Amy enough. Her calm and happy nature really reassured me, so much so that todays visit didnt even cause butterflies. I've had months of negative experiences from my previous dentist surgery but I thought it was a me problem and that I was just being too nervous. I'm due to have a root canal procedure so decided to look at having it with a new surgery. I was recommended Park Place Dental by a friend and I'm so pleased that I've joined. I had my first initial appointment today and I can't believe I didn't come here sooner! I've never felt more at ease at a dentist surgery but more than anything I've come away feeling like I actually understand what's going on in my mouth. I was shown photos of the inside of my mouth and was explained whywhere certain work needs to be done. More than anything, I felt listened to. I can't say I'm excited for getting root canal next week but I am excited to have finally found a dentist where I feel comfortable and looked after. Thanks guys!

Place is clean and nice all staff very welcoming receptionists Kate and Jasmine made me feel less worried and were very kind and respectful!

I have been a patient at this practice since 1996 when it was then based in Churchill way. I have always received excellent treatment from the dedicated and professional dentists and staff, and I really thank them for it.

I have been with this dental practice for about 5 years now and I feel that the level of care and communication offered by FOH staff, the dentist I see and the dental nurses has improved a lot. I currently have Madeleine as my dentist and she is so easy to talk to about dental concerns and is clearly caring and knowledgeable. I have requested to have information about whats happening during or before appointments and have always been given the details Ive needed to feel at ease. I have always been made to feel comfortable by her and the dental nurses that work alongside her and I felt I needed to write a review to highlight this.

Mark Hill has been my dentist for quite a few years. After an accident earlier this year - I needed extensive work on my front teeth. Over the last 4 months Mark has worked with me to rebuild my smile. The result is superb. Natural. Beautiful. The engineering to fit my mouth is perfect. The team are all extremely helpful and honest which aids making the right decisions. Im very very happy.

Always provide the most comfortable service here! Considering how nervous I have been at dentist's this one has always made me feel safe. Happy to be a returning patient ) Also I love that there's a tree overhead you can look at while having treatment, it really does relax the mind

Had a appointment today with Madeleine what a Lovly lady talk through each stage she is doing and her co worker long side her. Went very smooth and I would recommend. The front desk team are amazing and very helpful full with appointments or even if have to change very understanding team going up and above. Well done team and keep the hard work up -)
