Had an emergency appointment here this morning (via 111) they were fantastic, really friendly put me at ease immediately despite me being miserable and in pain They werent able to carry out the extraction Id hoped for as it wasnt a long enough appointment (not their fault), but rather than send me away the dentist did place a temporary measure to tide me over until my actual extraction appointment in April at my usual dentist, which I really appreciated. Thank you

I had a disappointing experience today at Pembroke dock dental. Had a private appointment for 1120, ended up spending more than an hour waiting for my session only to overhear the dentist telling the front desk staff to advise me to rebook my appointment as she was still busy. I had to cancel work today to make this appointment. If you know you were going to be involved in a long or demanding procedure why then Book a patient, make him wait for one hour after the booked time only to turn around and ask him to reschedule with not a single apology. Its poor customer care.

I registered with Pembroke Dock Dental as I needed some work done on my teeth and assessment of one very problematic tooth. The dentist, Bonnie is the best dentist I have been to in well over 15 years. She cares about your teeth rather than seeing them as a money making exercise, giving you a full explanation of what she can do, how she will do it, and a printed comprehensive plan with costs so there are no surprises or hidden charges. Brilliant, and considerate "bedside manner", excellent service, and highly recommended.

Absolutely awful will not recommend this lady at all to do treatment how rude, rough and horrible she was towards me I felt anxious and explained how anxious I felt and she tried rushing me in and out being horrible and rough whilst doing the x ray knowing my mouth was sore anyway! Will he making further complaints absolutely horrible woman

I went here today for an emergency appointment, the dentist was the nicest dentist I have ever had before! While in my appointment not only did she help me with the tooth that had been causing me problems but she also helped with information on the tooth that gives me severe anxiety and self confidence issues, advising me on what was best to do and even how much it would cost, no one has ever given me 5 minutes of there time to explain anything to me on how I can fix this, so it means so much! Highly recommend for anyone having anxiety about dentists, because shes so heart warming!

Away from home and developed an abscess. Was sent to Bonnie as an emergency and she was just brilliant. Met at reception by a lovely lady who was sympathetic and made me feel welcome. Didnt have to wait long. Saw Bonnie who put me at ease, told me my problem and prescribed antibiotics. Also, said if 8 had any more problems to call her. Fantastic service !

I really thought my mouth was beyond saving, Bonnie was absolutely amazing and if she was my regular dentist, I wouldn't have had the fear for years that I had with Dentists. My only complaint is that she's not my dentist, I would be so much healthier orally. I would 100000 recommend.

Just left Bonnie who is brilliant dentist she can fix any dental problem of mine (using husband's phone).. Kathleen Phillips.

Firstly i had to wait outside in the street in November, cold and wet for over an hour past my appointment time. It was an emergency extraction with abscess so i was desperate. Then while she was giving me the injection she had one hand on her computer to sign in on her coursework and the fluid came out of the injection site and down my throat causing me to throw up. Never again! If you value your health- stay away!

I was about to come to the practice as an emergency patient after being in pain with my wisdom teeth. I was so happy and relieved to be looked after by two lovely ladies. They were reassuring and caring and offered treatment and advice in terms I could understand. Fantastic service, would highly recommend, would be ideal to those patients perhaps nervous about dentist visits.

This women is an absolute angel!!! Was sent here as an emergency appointment today after the past 2 days of constant pain and no sleep! Within 20 minutes she had the xray done and the tooth out, even if it did want to stay in there haha! I was so shocked at how fast and pain free it was after my last experience of having a tooth out didnt go as great! Absolute angel, thankyou again!!

The best practice I've ever been to he staff are reassuring and always happy, after years of pain with bad teeth and many different practices I came here a nervous wreck after so many bad experiences the staff here made me feel relaxed at ease took the fear away then cant do enough for me iam know pain free with healthy teeth I call anytime and get an appointment which is reassuring such a calm environment x

Had an emergency appointment booked via 111. Both the dentist and the dental nurse were amazing. Patched me up temporarily and sent me on my way. The least stressful and least painful dental experience in my adult life. Thank you ladies.
