Just want to say a huge thank you to Rumney Hill Dental Surgery. The efficient receptionists, the brilliant Dentist, Beth and the bubbly dental assistants Lisa Lauren - they are a credit to the NHS. There is always a friendly atmosphere here and they answerrectify any queries I may have. Amazing service as always!

Big thank you to the staff for fitting me in within a day's notice, and thanks also to Chris for doing an excellent job.

a big thank you for fitting me in at such short notice to replace my filling that came out well over 20 years ago and i had no problem until a few weeks ago and i was in so much pain i phoned around and Rumney hill dentist was able to fit me in within a few days what a service from them and such a professional help from there receptionists and the dental nurses also many thanks to Andrew who carried out my new filling such a pleasant experience from start to finish and was carried out in such a short time 5 star service many many thanks

Exceptional level of service from reception to the dental work itself. Arguably one of the best practices in the region. Id honestly ignore the negative reviews as some can be demanding and blame the world for anything. I have no vested interest in saying a practice is good for the sake of it. My numerous visits have been extremely well received. Well done all involved.

Today I had another visit to this dental. absolutely love my dentist and her assistant. All the staff are very friendly and do a great job

Saeed the hygienist was really kind, non-judgemental and explained everything clearly. I was really grateful for his patience, and he kept checking in that I was OK and didn't need a break. Booking was easy and reception were friendly and organised.

Had an emergency appointment in march, with a second appointment for 19th September , my appointment was changed for unknown reason to 29th September, to which I am abroad. I have called to change my appointment and they have now provided me with an appointment for December, 9 months from my emergency appointment. On top of that I asked if I go private with another dental company would my payment be refunded as I had already paid for the work to do done, the response I received is we will need to look into this surely if you have paid for work and the work is not complete they can provide a refund. I know nhs services are behind due to lock down but this is Absolutely shocking service.

Very happy with my experience here today. All staff very friendly and welcoming. To say I'm nervous of the dentist is an understatement and Miles and his assistant were very understanding and helped to reassure me. Not quite as scared to come back! Edit Also need to add that Saeed the hygeinist and his assistant are incredible. I have never been able to sit through a hygeinist appointment in my life, and he was very patient and understanding with me. Took everything slowly and gently and am so happy that I have finally been able to get some plaque off my teeth. I couldn't recommend him more strongly as a nervous patient.

I would definitely seek a 2nd opinion from a different practice. I was told I would have to have numerous of teeth out because they have all "died".. how ever when I got "kicked" from the practice I went to a different practice and found out that I never needed any teeth out that the old dentist said I would "have" to have out. I'm so glad I've changed practice and I am extremely lucky that I never went ahead and let them take the majority of my teeth out.

Had a tooth extracted in March this year. I have never in my entire life experienced so much pain during the extraction. After numerous injections the dentist was unable to carry out the job in question so asked for a colleague to do it. OMG Ashe was absolutely brutal. I realise the root had to come out but my experience was absolutely traumatic and to be told by this dentist its okay to cry was totally humiliating. She has damaged, misaligned the tooth next to the extraction, which has ruined my mouth and have suffered from sinus pain and headaches ever since. The tooth she misaligned now needs attention as become sensitive. Not sure what to do.BTW cost me 100. When asked for a breakdown of of cost I was told.in an email.cant give you that unfortunately. As a 71 year old, one should not have to experience such pain.

When I went on last appointment to have a clean the new dentist and partner left me in crucially in pain for weeks they made my teeth so sensitive after what they did to me. My usual Dentist left when the covid struck!! And I wasn't told and ended seeing diffrent dentist nightmare!!! now I'm looking for a new dentist!!

Was referred here as I needed tricky root canal. Cassandra and her colleague who dealt with me are huge credit to this practice. Virtually pain free and alternative treatment recommend. Great experience , very much appreciated.

Wonderful caring service from Catrin. I am a very very nervous patient but I had a procedure done without issue due to Catrin calming approach. I certainly won't be dreading my next trip like I used to

I highly recommend this surgery. Was easy to get an app and reasonable charges. Dr Andrew was friendly and efficient in performing root canal and a crown for me with the minimum of fuss. No problems since.

I had one of those bad luck teeth and was recommended to come here for root canal work. It was well worth the money it was dealt with quickly and I have no pain or had any problems since. Thanks all

Great experience, I strongly recommend this clinic, Dr. Andrew commit to the appointments, gives enough time to the patients and he explains all the process, in addition he is competent, and he has an excellent experience.
