I have been a patient at this dental practice for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. The team is consistently accommodating and goes above and beyond to ensure that I receive the correct treatment. The dentists are not only highly professional but also friendly, making every visit as comfortable as possible. Thank you!

Val Jarvis. Had excellent service today for a broken tooth. Very prompt attention from a friendly receptionist and expert treatment from my dentist. A crown started and will be completed in 2 weeks.

Today I was lucky enough to get an emergency appointment with Fleur. I was treated so well everything was explained to me and choices given. A friendly practice, thank you to everyone I came into contact with. Thank you .

If you don't attend each year, they de-register you if your NHS. So basically if you don't NEED anything for more than 1 year, you'll be dropped from their books. Disappointing. Edit regarding your update, it's still an absolute joke that you drop patients, I've spoken to several people in a Facebook group who have each shared similar stories of being dropped from this surgery. The greed of dentists shows no remorse and that is evident here at this practice.

Fantastic kind and caring staff. Very attentive and thorough dentists who always put you at ease. I have a heart condition so I need to have special care when having a check up or any procedure done and the dentist is extremely knowledgeable in this area. Highly recommended

I recently moved to this dentist after a negative experience at my previous dentist. They were amazing, all the staff very friendly and helpful. The dentist took time to understand my experienceanxietythoughts. Trips to the dentist are always quite an anxious trip for me but slipshoe provided the besteasiest experience of this I've ever had! Thank you

Dentist T Why would being new to him but not the surgery (10 years there without missing an appoint) make me suddenly less reliable than I had been before and he must treat me like he doesn't have any information about my track record? Why would he deliberately ignore somebody's track record at the surgery? I asked to switch dentists to my parents dentist. This was granted and when I saw him, he booked me in for next time and I assumed I was no different from any other NHS patient because why would I think switching dentists would mean less rights and not still be the same as other NHS patients. What am I to the next dentist? Do I also have less rights than her other NHS patients despite 10 years here? Should I not have equal rights with my individual dentist as an NHS patient as everyone else, given the amount of time I have been there? Doesn't going by the conditions of the individual dentist's length of time seeing that patient allow NHS patients to be treated unequallyunfairly and disregard their track record? If I'd stuck with F all along and when she left I just got re-allocated, would I also get less rights because I am new to that dentist? When I described what the receptionist explained to me - that he doesn't see people after missing once, he made out this was incorrect but went on to explain that he treats newer patients exactly as they had described. He claimed that I missed a phone call after missing the appointment as if this was a factor but that can happen easily for all sorts of reasons as can being unable to call in that you are late. He did not answer what he would have done in the scenario I gave him. Not just that but there are all sorts of exacerbating circumstances that if somebody doesn't answer the phone when you expect them to, you are disregarding people being actual humans. How is he allowed to justify avoiding trouble for himself from the NHS by treating some patients at the same surgery where he has access to their history, with less rights than others on the NHS? How can people's disabilities be completely disregarded? How can he operate as though disability, mental health or exacerbating circumstances do not exist? And then he made a point of doing a little chuckle at how ridiculous he thought my impression of him was because he is not unreasonable and draconian at all. Silly little girl for thinking it. Silly little patients don't understand things do they. Pat me on the head.

"Exceptional Dental Care Experience!" My family I recently had an outstanding experience at Slipshoe dental surgery. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly attentive, making me feel comfortable and at ease, especially their friendliness to my young children and the dental advice which was provided to them whom now follow this advice on a daily basis - which is incredible and believe me that was a big challenge previously. Dr William Westwood and the entire team demonstrated a high level of professionalism expertise throughout my visit. The facility itself was immaculate, and i could tell that cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities. This gave me added confidence in the quality of care that I was receiving. Overall, we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience at Slipshoe dental surgery. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care. Thank you to the entire team for providing such an exceptional service

I, and family, have been a patient at Slipshoe for many years, and have never had a bad experience due to the treatment that any of us have received. We have always found it to be a friendly and relaxing atmosphere, bearing in mind that sometimes dental work can be somewhat unpleasant! Unlike many people, we have never dreaded going to see our dentist in Reigate not that its ever something to actually look forward to - normally . Thank you everybody in the Practice

Listed today for a hygenist appointment. The treatment was the best I have ever received. Really gentle pain-free and thorough. I am slightly phobic about sitting in the chair but all fear disappeared quickly. This is a popular practice and for obvious ( to me) reasons.

My family and I have been with Slipshoe Street Dental for many years. Weve always had excellent care. However following an accident I had just before Christmas, the response from the Slipshoe Street team was truly exceptional. They arranged an emergency trauma appointment straight away. I was initially seen by Amberley, who was so caring and with her background in maxfac, her advice was invaluable. Then I was seen by William Westwood. My accident was pretty traumatic, made worse by the fact it was only days before Christmas. William was so calm, helping us to understand the situation, he even rang and spoke with the emergency team at Queen Victoria. He could not have been more kind or considerate, even giving us his contact details, should we need him over Christmas. When I next saw him straight after New Year, all the receptionists were so kind, and glad to see how much better I was looking! My care is ongoing, but I wanted to post this review, and thank William and all his team for their fantastic care, my husband and I are truly grateful.

I started my most recent dental trip at a completely different surgery a year ago. After a few months of well below average treatment, I was at a point where I wouldn't smile, I'd hide my mouth when talking and I avoided going out. A relative recommended Slipshoe Street so I signed on to see Nelly and I'm sooooo glad I did. 3 months on and I have a perfect smile, beautiful teeth, straight, white and all round amazing - people have commented that they're jealous over how good they look so needless to say, I'm ecstatic Nelly and the team have been great. I'm not brilliant with dentists but they've reassured me every step of the way, have been patient, explained everything step by step and made me feel like a VIP every visit. Nelly is a perfectionist and has made sure my teeth look superb - I honestly can't thank her and the team enough and I'm happy to say I can finally eat and smile (not at the same time hahaha) without fear or embarrassment - A1 service

A first class dental surgery. I have had a good deal of work these last few years and a number of implants. Will and Ahmed have looked for a solution and have given me the best of treatment. I have felt confident that my best interests were always their concern. The nursing staff are very knowledgable and pleasant, as are the receptionists. I was very touched to get a telephone call this morning to ensure I was well after having implant work yesterday. Just very good service.
