As a very nervous dental patient who had shocking experiences with dentists in the past I attended with a great deal of trepidation. I needn't have worried. Heather and her assistants gave me nothing but 5 star care. They dealt with my worries and proceeded to give me back my smile. Thank you.

Just visited as a new patient and was blown away by the total unprofessionalism of the receptionist I was greeted by when I arrived for my appointment. I had made the appointment on their website and was advised via the website to contact the practice if I did not receive a confirmation. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation but did notice that the payment of 60 had been taken from my bank account. Having tried 4 times to call the surgery and leaving a voicemail I decided to go along to the appt time given. I was advised that there was no appointment as there system had went down by an extremely sullen individual who also advised that I hadnt left any voicemail message and was I sure I was in the right place ! I ended up showing my bank account to prove they had taken my money ! I was then advised that if the payment is pending it might not come off and if it does Just call if the money comes out No apology didnt seem to give a damn! Do you want another appointment? Eh not a chance !! Not acceptable for a new patient! At this point you still have my money !

Recently had an emergency appointment here with Heather Bourquin and have never been so at ease. Hadnt been to the dentist in years and was really nervous, but she instantly made me feel at ease and more of a friend than a customer. Her assistant and the rest of the staff were also so amazing and friendly. Sorted my problem so quickly and felt no pain or discomfort at all. Couldnt recommend a better dentist!

who can say i look forward to going to the dentist ? i can ! the best dentist ever. Jane and her team always make you fell comfortable welcome. Exemplary care from Jane who is a fabulous dentist. I recently moved house to Dunblane and had to try numerous (sub-standard) dentists in the area before finding someone who provides this level of top end dentistry. In fact, Jane solved a dental problem that had been ongoing for a number of years which no other dentist was able to manage. If you value your teeth make an appointment for this practice.

I have had a shocking experience with this practice. Going with an emergency June 2020, during the pandemic, they have done nothing for 10 months to fix the tooth. After giving them 300 to date, I am now at the end of March 2021 with a half finished root canal, and 2x courses of antibiotics for this tooth and this week the 3rd infection. Appts were months apart and I was never contacted after the easing of pandemic restrictions to permanently fix the problem, despite having gone to them in an emergency. The reception staff have been rude, unhelpful and unempathetic, lecturing me that 'it is a pandemic you know', but as I pointed out, other dentists in Stirling have been able to treat their patients emergencies in less than 10 months. I have since booked an appt in Stirling in Tooth , got an appt and had the problem fixed in 3 days, for a fraction of what this practice charged me. I would advise anyone to walk on past this surgery and if you value the health of your teeth, go somewhere else.

Absolutely outstanding dental practice. Paul is the best dentist. He puts you at ease which was a mammoth task with me as I was a total feartie.

Had a visit with hygenist this morning ,she was great explaining everything ,Paul the dentist has always been great to ,highly recommend .

I was recommended Stirling Dental Care by a colleague who swears by them. I've been for multiple checkups and fillings, and have always left having enjoyed the experience. The entire staff are great, in particular my dentist Paul who has yet to cause any pain what-so-ever. Should be your first choice in Stirling!
