Wowza- what a way to start 2025! I follow Stricklandgate Dental on Facebook and as soon as I saw a post informing me there was a hygienist slot available today I contacted them to say I will have and jumped in the car for my drive from Durham! Jessica was a dream, alongside her dental nurse (sorry didnt get name) as she made me feel so relaxed and at ease - due to me being a dental wimp! I had the air flow hygiene treatment so I could sparkle into 2025. Thank you all for fitting me in and being so professional and considerate.

First visit and very pleased to have chosen this busy practice. Friendly, welcoming and efficient front desk staff. Professional, friendly and helpful dentist managed my assessment.

I won an airflow hygiene treatment in a raffle last year. Jess was brilliant - explained everything she was doing and put me at ease. I had a great experience - thank you! Id highly recommend the airflow treatment to anyone thinking of having it, my teeth feel squeaky clean!

I now have a fantastic newly crowned tooth that was previously in a very poor condition and had bothered me for some time. I wish all my other teeth looked like this! Dr Sarah jones is absolutely amazing and I couldnt recommend her enough. Having a phobia of going to the dentist and leaving it way too long all of the staff made me feel so comfortable and were so kind and friendly.

Had a brilliant direct access hygiene airflow appointment with Jess and her nurse, a lovely team. The treatment is painfree and very effective. Its great to visibly see any areas where plaque is being missed with the use of the disclosing solution. I had picked up some external stain during fixed orthodontic treatment and Jess was able to remove this with the EMS dental equipment very effectively. This is a fantastic treatment option, especially for those going through orthodontic treatment. Over the moon with the results - thank you so much!

This dental practice is fantastic. My children have been coming here for a long time and their Dentist John always puts them and us at such ease. He has taken time to get to know them and always chats about the latest footie scores which they love! I recently had to rearrange their appointments due to illness and the receptionist Cara couldn't have been more accommodating when I rang to rearrange. She was lovely and polite and got us into the next available appointment, and around school times also. She gave fantastic service and further reiterates why we'd never go anywhere else. I'd highly recommend this dentist for their lovely staff.

Well after years of being nervous of dentists I can honestly say I never felt a thing 2 fillings done bye 2 loverly young ladies, Blue and sally, all the staff are friendly and very professional, thank you regards Steve Waterman

I had my first appointment today and was very impressed. First of all I was greeted by a friendly and very helpful lady. My dental examination was extremely thorough, and the equipment used was very modern, much better than I have been used to. I suffer a bit of anxiety before I go to the Dentist , but there was absolutely no reason to worry, my Dentist and her staff were very welcoming, and put me completely at ease. Overall a good experience. A week later and I have met my Hygenist Sophie, and Sally her nurse. Again so good. Sophie explained everything as she proceeded. Thankyou.

I recently had a root canal done on a tooth that had already been root filled many years ago and became infected. I was worried I might end up losing the tooth, but Dr Blue Coupe did a fantastic job and managed to save it. She was very diligent and thorough during the procedure. I also had a broken tooth removed by Anna and she was brilliant! To be honest I was dreading going through the process, but she was really good. It's great to know that I'm in good hands and I don't feel so worried when I have to have work done. Thanks for doing a great job, it's very much appreciated!

After a period of neglect at a previous practice due to covid, I switched dentist and all the treatment I have received at Stricklandgate has been excellent. Good communication reminders for appointments too.
