Five stars without question. I had a somewhat difficult Root Canal treatment and the care was superb. The reception staff are an absolute model of helpfulness and how to treat people well. Justin and his assistant were just incredibly professional and absolutely dedicated to making sure the problem was properly addressed. Please don't change anything you are doing! I've had my share of dental problems over more than half a century and I've had some dentists I regard as very, very good, but I've never before felt so well looked after, or that I've been in such skilled hands.

My own dentist ( who i rate as really good ) referred me to the Castle Clinic because the root canal i required was beyond his own expertise. I was a bit concerned stepping into a new practice. It has a very welcoming smart waiting room and reception, i was dealt with by Elaine a lovely receptionist. I was collected from reception by the nurse, Kelly, and introduced to Alison the specialist who was to do the treatment. After initial investigation i was taken for a scan ( high tec state of the art machinery ). I now regard Alison as the best dentist to have treated me, very professional with an easy manner, a great team with Kelly reassuring along the way. If you need this kind of dental work do not suffer the pain, get booked in with Alison at Castle Clinic ( a true dental magician )

From Nichola on reception to Justin and his dental nurse, I can not thank you enough. Not just for the amazing treatment but for your kindness and treating patients as people. I highly recommend this fantastic team.

Have just had some pretty complicated root canal treatment undertaken here following a referral from my usual dentist as they were unable to do it. (they had to go through a pre existing bridge !!!) I could not be more impressed with the quality of the service i recieved, every aspect of the treatment plan was fully explained the process itself was done with absolute professionalism, skill and really good humour, all the staff were really friendly and accommodating and i was put completely at ease. The costs were all broken down and explained in advance and it even cost less than expected as one aspect of the treatment was ultimately deemed unneccessry. What an outstanding and professional dental practice to visit. The care and advice given was better than any I have received with respect to dentistry at any point in my life. Furthermore, the support I witnessed that was given by the practice to a nervous patient was first class to the point of being unparalleled. Dr Dinley root filled one of my upper teeth this week. I was very impressed with the skill he carried out this task. Most importantly it was pain free and Dr Dinleys calm and relaxed manner was really appreciated by me. I was also impressed with his use of up to date dental equipment. Id never had a cone beam scan before and it was obvious how helpful this is when doing a root filling. I highly recommend him.

I was referred to Castle dentist to look at a root canal. I hate going to the dentist, but Justin made the experience, relaxing and pain-free. He showed lots of patience considering he sees cases like me all the time, and I always felt like nothing was too much.

Following a 3D scan of my tooth, although we had planned a treatment for early 2024, it needed bringing forward urgently. On making a call just before Christmas, Ruth calmly organised it for the next day, which was the last working day before Christmas and then the second part the first working day back. Justin and colleague were excellent, expert in dealing with a complex tooth, considerate and careful. Justin explained the various aspects, options for treatment and balance of risk in the work. I felt informed and able to proceed with confidence. All was perfect and the follow-up check-in was welcome. While I hope not to need their services routinely, if I do - I'll be back to Castle Clinic for sure.

I was referred to Justin by my own dentist who felt my root canal needed a bit more in depth expertise and I'm so glad she did, Justin was very thorough with explaining my options and the procedure in the initial consultation and on the day of the root canal he made me feel at ease talking me through everything step by step as it was happening I think he could tell I was secretly nervous but it did help he was always checking in if I was ok, fully recommend Castle clinic staff on front desk are also lovely

I cannot recommend The Castle Clinic enough. Dr Lisa is professional yet friendly and really made me feel relaxed. The treatment I received was fantastic and it has changed my life. All of the staff at the clinic are lovely and welcoming. I will definitely be back in the future should I need further treatment.

Customer service is not just amazing its impeccable! Aesthetic treatment with Lisa Dinley is the best ever. I recommend without hesitation. Dental treatment with Justin Dinley hes a blooming legend - I had a little sleep during a root canal. Summing up this place is absolutely outstanding.

Justin and the team are absolutely amazing! I went in for a root canal and he knew how worried I am with needles. He took the time to go through everything that needed to be done! I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Had a LR6 root canal performed by Alison Warneken 2 weeks ago and could not be more pleased with the initial consultation, treatment itself and the way the tooth has settled down so rapidly post-treatment. Would not hesitate to recommend!
