Could not thank them enough. Made what I thought was going to be a traumatic experience (of getting my tooth extracted) to be a pretty pleasant one (as much as an extraction could have been). Receptionist, dentist and assistant were all so lovely and helpful and I could not have been put more at ease!

Ive just been for a tooth extraction..if anyone of the dental surgeons are reading this I'm the one who bit you by accident when you clotted my mouth..I'm so sorry I don't make a habit of bighting people. Thank you so so much for a relaxing service.i have been terrified of dentists since I was 12 and had brace fittings. Honeslty these guys are ALL so relaxing to be around you forget your even in a dentists,right down to the reception staff who greet you and talk to you. Thank you x

Ive had 3 lots of infections over the last 3months , Ive seen 3 separate dentists at the hospital dental dept- I was treated with respect and care as if I was a private patient! Couldnt want for better service from all involved ,even though it was an emergency appt each time I cannot fault the nhs service given to me

I'm giving 5 stars as Seneta and the team were superb. I have cptsd and I'm late diagnosed autistic and had phobia of dentists all my life. I was desperate to find a dentist with understanding of phobias and for work needing to be done on my teeth after many years of avoiding going. I thought I'd need sedation and this is also on offer but, with the experience, kindness, understanding and gentle approach Seneta and her team gave I was able to have treatment over several weeks without it. We realised that the trauma and phobia for dentistry came about as I am highly sensitive to the numbing drug and only needed a miniscule amount in order to be numb enough for treatment. This was new to Seneta in her 20 plus years of practise so, I hope this experience helps other dentists to perhaps have a new awareness. Years ago I must have been given the normal amount to numb my mouth but, this numbed the whole of my neck and face to the extent that I had a massive panic attack..hence the phobia. Now though, with this realisation I was able to have 4 fillings and cleaning. !! The difference was my sensory experience was validated and believed and that Seneta talked through and explained everything to me. Even the needles used...I never knew that they are tiny and flexible and don't actually go very far. Also wearing tinted glasses (which they kindly supplied as I forgot my sunglasses) and listening to gentle spiritual music from my phone and having the chair in a position where I could dangle my feet and twiddle my toes etc, all helped with being as relaxed as I could be. I would absolutely say to anyone who is highly sensitiveautisticphobic to go to Seneta and her team as they are a God send I can't thank you enough, you were brilliant Xx

got a same day emergency appointment yesterday. the two ladies who did my tooth extraction were absolutely lovely and explained everything as they went. i have really bad social anxiety and was obviously nervous anyway but they made me feel very comfortable 3

I came to The Dental Centre for an emergency appointment because I was suffering with severe pain and an infected back tooth. I also suffer with health anxiety and the dentist and dental assistant reassured me the whole way through the process of the tooth extraction. They were absolutely brilliant. Thank you ever so much, I have never felt relief like it )

Had a tooth extraction the other day but have started to Show A fever and feeling very unwell told the dentist this he said it was a dry socket he Puts something in the hole as he is doing this im screaming in pain and then he pushes even more didnt give me anything to help the pain or the fact im very unwell worst experience
