I was able to secure a short notice cancelled appointment. I was seen promptly, the examination explained throughly and what my options were. Delighted with the service and would highly recommend.

Had a horrible experience with this dentist. I first used them to get a root canal the dentist was literally creepily stroking my arm while doing treatment. I was so scared I didnt say anything I left and it went badly infected and I lost a molar and had a huge infectionabcess. Fast forward past year its the only nhs dentist in the area I joined paid privately for a white filling and a mouth guard for grinding at night. The filling fell out after a couple of months. I also got a shockingly bad mouth guard retainer made by the female dentist a soft rubber one which wouldnt stay in my mouth who insisted it was fine and gaslit me about it even though it was clearly dangerous and falling out my mouth every night and I wasnt comfortable or happy. I also ordered the mouthguard on the premise it was the same as my old one, a hard plastic one. Why on earth you would give me a rubber one which I was told will only make teeth move more. I went to a reputable private dentist and they were shocked at how dangerous the mouth guard was. I have tried to get money back with no avail. So thats 400 down the drain and my time and a tooth gone I have chronic health issues and missed an appointment because of this for which I offered to pay the fine but they removed me as a patient of the practice instead even though I explained this. They said it was all fine on the phone then sent me a passive aggressive letter removing me instead. When I tried to call about it I waited and waited to speak to the clinic manager but gave up. Seems that was easier getting rid of me than paying me back what I was due or sorting out the mess that was my treatment.

I had lost part of a tooth. I was seen very quickly then booked in for a longer appointment the next day due to a cancellation. Ali Bilgrami is friendly, very professional provides such a good service. As someone who was very nervous of going to the dentist, due to a bad experience when I was young, Ali has restored my faith. Thank you Ali!

My dental issues from the start were complex. Dr Allison Ross proved to be a God send working through the issues that my dental needs presented to her and her dental nurse. Full explanation given on each contact.. reassurance, I felt my opinions were valued having been given time to put forward opinions which I now felt were informed through her education. Great staff. I've always experienced good quality care. Would be happy to recommend. Access is a little tricky with a long uphill drive. There is no parking at the top, so it's walking or wheeling up to the entrance.

Excellent practice. I recently received treatment from Ali and Arin, they were so friendly and professional and great at putting you at ease. The nursing and reception team are all so friendly and welcoming too.

As a dental phobic, I had confidence in Dr. Bilgrami from the first moment I met him. He asked me about my issues and listened with patience and kindness. A short time later (today!) I had 2 fillings and a root extraction left over by a previous dentist. The experience was surprisingly quick and painless. I did not experience fear or discomfort the whole time and was pleased to shake Dr. Bilgrami's hand afterwards. Definitely recommended. The surgery is beautifully appointed with kind staff, comfortable chairs and a calm aesthetic. Very pleased with my new team.

I've recently had a dental implant and Dr Ali was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole process. I was disappointed at first as my teeth had been taken care of really sloppy leaving me with more pain than I came with and I needed to come back for corrections. Ms Valerie did an ok job with that so overall the experience is not so terrible. Thumbs up for accepting new NHS patients.

Excellent! My treatment, including aftercare, was carefully explained to me and I was reassured and listened to at all times. Bruno and nurse Eilidh were professional and patient, thank you. My treatment was painless from start to finish, and I would recommend Dental Lounge. I would also add that the reception staff are friendly and very helpful.

Got an emergency appointment, due to issues with wisdom tooth I was checked, got medication and instead of getting appointment in 2 months time for an x-ray and a chat about removal, a very professional receptionist helped and did the x-ray then and there, which I couldnt appreciate more as it saved me 2 months of waitingwhich is never a good thing when youre in pain so thank you!

3rd time Ive had an appointment cancelled . One was cancelled one minute before I walked in the door knowing I had 20 miles to travel . Constant phone calls telling me my dental work isnt back nor been approved . I had my teeth out in one appointment and went in the next week and the same dentist Valerie was shocked I had no teeth. It was her who pulled them out the week before . I paid upfront for my treatment when it started in January

Excellent professional service as I regularly use the hygienist and recently needed a complicated filling after part of a tooth broke off.

I've been with the Dental Lounge since we moved here 17 years ago. Had a few different dentists during that time they've all been excellent. Reassuring and great with the kids. The nurses and admin staff are also fantastic. I don't usually need much more than a check up but recently had treatment including for sensitivity, a cracked tooth filling replacement and a wisdom tooth extraction. Ali took time to show me my x-rays and explain his recommendations, answering all my questions. The procedures were quick and painless. He also sorted a wee bit of cosmetic work for me so I smiled my way out of my appointment . I've recommended the practice to anyone who is asking and will continue to do so.

Excellent, stress free and painless experience having RCT and post crown

So I dont know why maybe its because I have worked with cutting tools and drills but the thought of the dentist drilling away in my mouth really put me off. I got tooth ache and had to go, turns out root canal was on the cards this was my idea off hell you see I broke my jaw a few years ago an after xray one off the plates is right at that tooth. I cant thank dr valery zampella enough from start to finish she and the team have been amazing I havent felt a thing and I am in no pain at all I now look forward to getting a couple hours off work to go to the dental lounge

Dr zampella was brilliant. Never even felt the needle for anesthetic. Extracted tooth removed cleanly and painless. Highly recommend this dentist
