I want to thank the whole team for all my care. My whole dental implant experience from start to finish was excellent. Time was taken in my Initial appointment to carefully explain all that I would be going through. The extraction and temporary implant went well and I had antibiotic cover at that time. My initial permanent implant was not quite right in size and colour and a second implant was fashioned. This was perfect. I have just had my final review and tooth hygeniene advice from the hygienist. All is well and I am thrilled with my implant. Thank you so much from a very grateful patient.

Just a great dentist. I went it for a wisdom tooth removal and the whole process was great - i was taken care of, pain free and the after care was terrific. Highly recommend to everyone

I have had my dental implant here. The customer care is not the best!!! I have been asking for an email confirmation of my dental work for more than a week, no email or response to date. The receptionists are not aware of what they are meant to do. I would expect a better knowledge and care when one has to pay such a humongous price for implant and crown replacement.

Respectable service, Very professional, Explanation of procedure was thorough and simple. Treatment given was very gentle in a caring manner.

I was referred to this practice by my dentist for implant treatment. I had read the reviews and was optimistic about the service I might hope to receive. I came down with the flu a few days before my appointment and rang to let them know, giving almost 3 days' notice. They said they would waive the 3 day cancellation policy "as a goodwill gesture". I was so surprised that there should be any debate about this. I felt - and must have sounded - so poorly and had given plenty of notice. I asked if I could reschedule at a later date when I felt better, but the receptionist was unsympathetic, just kept repeating the cancellation policy to me, and said if I didn't reschedule immediately, they would no longer accept me as a patient. I'm quite incredulous. I have lived all around the country and have therefore attended numerous different dental practices in the private sector, and I don't think I've ever experienced such a mercenary attitude or lack of customer care. As a new patient, this experience has undermined any faith in the care I might have hoped to receive at the practice. It's clear that money and business comes before any regard for patient needs or experience. So disappointed, and will be looking for a new dentist.

Had a urgent appointment with Dr Velan Excellent caring service I had implants 4 years ago here and will be having some more thanks to Jan and all the staff This an excellent dental and implant Centre you wont get better

I'm writing on behalf of my mother Maureen ..she has fantastic dentist in Wasima who is very patient and understanding and the dental hygienist Natasha and her nurse Aurelya really understood my mother's anxiety and she cleaned my mums plate beautifully . Mum is over the moon with her experience there.

After 12 years seeing a Harley street dentist with very little satisfaction I was recommended to see dr Mo and his team at denture and implant clinic, I would like to thank them all as I am now able to eat without any problems or pain and embarrassment. I have been a patient at the denture and implant clinic for a few years, on my last visit I was seen by Mo, this was my first appointment with him, he made me feel calm straight away , he fitted my implant for me I had no discomfort , and was happy with fitting, I would be more than happy to be seen by him again for any dental work I may need, He was professional, friendly and kind

I would v much recommend this Dentist. They are all v pleasant, helpful, understanding (nervous ppl) and take their time to check you are comfortable throughout any treatment.

I was very nervous about seeing a hygienist but Natasha was gentle, informative and compassionate and totally put me at ease. My teeth have never felt better and thoroughly recommend her.

I've been going to this clinic for several years now for dental check ups, hygienist and dental implants. I stay with them because of the excellent care I get there. I was always afraid of dentists but I feel so safe and looked after by all the staff there, they do excellent work, very professional, but are also kind caring and understanding. Even though I've moved further away I stay there because I feel I can trust them and rely on them. I've had 2 lots of implants done there over the past 10 years and am very pleased with the results and care taken. I am also pleased that they take care to explain everything to me, provide options, give really good advice and provide appropriate follow up. I previously signed up for the Denplan (still using it) because it helps me to spread the cost as well as being a bit cheaper than paying for each check up separately. Just as important to me is that it means I get reminders of appointments for the dentist and the hygienist which prompts me to go rather than put it off which I was inclined to do in the past. All in all would highly recommend this practise to anyone looking for treatment.

Very good dentist. Had 3 fillings and didnt feel any pain. Even the injections to numb the mouth werent too bad.

I had my implants done approximately 7 years ago here. Excellent service. The maintenance on my implants has been second to none. The staff are always welcoming and very helpful. The hygienist, Natasha, is excellent.

The somewhat daunting prospect of having dental implants was made very comfortable. The excellence of the entire team was key to the superb outcome achieved. I would strongly recommend them. Thank you very much. Simon
